A/N: This story is under heavy editing. So if it is confusing I highly suggest waiting for the completion of the story. There is approximately 8 more chapters before the end.

Dinner began quiet and awkward as everyone sat around waiting for Iris to come down.

The girls were all dressed in casual dresses as they sat on one side of the elongated table covered in all of their favorites.

Chicken Alfredo, vegan meatloaf and mashed potatoes, shrimp scampi, and a few other dishes prepared graciously by Emilio.

Magnolia, Petunia, Dahlia, and Lily all held hands in fear as some tried not to make eye contact with the four vampires across from them.

Johnathan glanced at the large grandfather clock in the dining room and sighed annoyedly as he waited for the last of the group to join them.

"Emilio please go and get Iris, she is 15 minutes late for hell's sake." He grunted rubbing his forehead. "If I go up there she isn't going to like—"

"Sorry I'm late." Iris grinned joining the dinner party. She wore her hair long in waves, her face rolled in light make up and blood red lipstick. Her dress a dark moss green color, long in length with a deep slit on the side, the bodice of the dress complimented her shape and complimented her bosom.

Emilio and Jareth both stood up and stared mouth gaped at her radiating figure. Iris held Johnathan's gaze as she strolled into the room in her high stilettos.

She took her seat with the rest of the girls who stared in awe at her, sitting right next to Lily who held her hand in support. She glanced around the room at everyone staring at her.

"You look smashing." Lily whispered as low as possible to her.

Iris grinned wider.

"We're all terrified." Magnolia whispered over Lily's shoulder.

"I'm not." Iris said just as low with a wink.

Confused that she didn't sit in between Emilio and himself he sat back down with Emilio.

Johnathan leaned back in his seat glaring curiously in her direction. "Nice of you to join us," He said aloud.

"Sorry, I was helping Rose get ready." She shrugged picking up the glass of apple cider in front of her.

Everyone looked around confused.

"Rose is in no shape to join us this evening, if you disrespect me again by making me wait for you, you will regret it." Johnathan scolded.

Iris tried to hide her smile behind her glass. "Yes, Daddy." She chuckled.

Gerald scoffed in disbelief. "Daddy? Are you bloody serious?" He commented with a shake of his head.

Johnathan put a finger up to Gerald. "You will mind yours when I am addressing my misses." He said keeping his eyes on Iris. "I'm glad we have an understanding, sweetheart."

Iris gave him a sweet smile when a pair of heels echoed through the hallway. Rose came into room in a red sequined gown with a sweetheart neckline. Her hair tied up in a messy bun. She gasped when she looked around. Her cheeks flushed as she glanced angrily at Iris.

"You said it was a dress and tie party!" She whisper yelled sitting next to Dahlia right beside Johnathan. "Sorry I'm late, daddy." She said softly.

Johnathan smiled at her in surprise. "It is alright, love. Glad to have you back." He glanced at Iris who couldn't take her eyes off him.

His confused face seemed to fascinate her as she stared him down. After the noise boiled down on Rose's surprise recovery, Iris sighed loudly.
