Finally Found My Mate (Under Editing)

Alexis is currently on her way to Florida. For the Luna meeting. Jacob is picking her up from the airport. I wish Seth was here. He couldn't tag along though.

Anyways the plane is about to land. Alexis is sitting down hoping her ears won't pop. Seth texts her during his break at school. It feels different not being at least in the same building as him. Or knowing that they are a hundred miles away. It makes her feel sad, empty, no it just makes her feel like she's missing something.

She put her phone away as they land. Her wish didn't come true. Alexis had to repop her ears. "You hate popping your ears too?" A male voice said behind her. Alexis turns around after grabbing the last suitcase. To see a guy around her age.

"Yes." Alexis says narrowing her eyebrows. "Me too. Are you Alexis Lahote?" He asked. "Depends on what you want." She says simply. "My name is Scott. Jacob is waiting for you in the limo. May I help you with your bags?"  Scott asked. Alexis nodded unsure. He grabs her bag and leads her to the limo. He holds the door for her and as she sits down he closed the door.

"Hey Lexi." Jacob greets her. Alexis smiled and hugged him. "Hi Jake." She says. "I saw the video." He says after a few minutes of silence. "Which one? There are a lot of videos. Especially of talking dogs." Alexis says. "Of you and Seth." He says. "Oh. That video." Alexis says sadness hitting her voice. "You both shouldn't regret going out. You both needed that." He says.

Sunny Florida made Alexis skin looks shinny. Not to shinny but it looks like flawless skin. She smiles scanning her tan skin. "Thanks Jake." She says softly. "I heard you sang at breakfast one Time." She nodded. "Rebecca sent a video of you singing. You sound amazing!" He gushed. "Thank you." Alexis thanked him.

"We're here." Scott said. He opens the door for them. "Thanks Scott." Jake said. Alexis nodded in agreement. Looking around she gasped. It's so beautiful. It's by the beach. A jungle surrounding the other areas away from the beach. You see kids running around laughing. Adults sitting by the cabbanas.

"You like?" A man and a woman come by. "Alpha Edmund and Luna Amberlee." Scott introduced. They shake hands. "Aren't you a bit young for a Luna?" Alpha Edmund asked politely. "I wouldn't know.." Alexis trailed off to look at Jake. "She can over power me. As you heard I just took the position of the rightful Alpha this year. She can over power me. By reasons of bloodline." He says. The alpha and Luna looked at her impressed.

"Well congratulations." Luna told Alexis. They walked to a table under a shady tree. "Are you both mate's?" Alpha asked. Shaking their heads no. "Why and why not?" She asked. "Because my mate is half vampire and half Human. The pack doesn't completely trust her just yet." He says hesitantly.

"The pack wanted me. Since I could over power anyone." Alexis says. "Which reminds me. How is it going to work. When they trust Ness would she become luna or.." She trailed off. "No you would still be Luna." Jake said. "The Alpha title will pass on to your guys kids. Even if you to don't mate yourselves." Edmund said.

"Why do I have a gut feeling that my parents are in danger soon?" Alexis asks Jacob random after a moment of silence. He shrugged. Alexis shook it off. The four talked for a bit. Soon though they take Alexis to her room.

Looking out through the window. Seeing teens and kids playing by the water. That seems like a good idea. She put her swimsuit on and a cover up then texted Jake.

Walking out to the water. Some people are staring. She takes off her cover up. She is wearing the swimsuit she wore on her first date with Seth. Alexis took off her shorts. Then heard whistling. She ignored them walking in the water.

Alexis walked down some more. She knows she's hundreds of feet down. The sea animals love her. Swimming with dolphins. Petting a few whales. Alexis saw a few shark's. She swears they smiled at her which she returned.  Remembering some of the books she read about witches.

She looked up her mom's history a couple. She's from posiden. So he's her grandad turns out. Which is why she actually don't need any spell that includes the sea. The sea life is actually fascinating. Suddenly she hears Jacobs voice.

Where are you? You disappeared in the water and haven't come up! This isn't home. They don't know your powers.

He scolded.

I'm coming now. Don't get your panties in a twist.

She walks back not in a rush. Loveing the sea. It's like her getaway place. As she walked out to an angry Jacob. Plus to see everyone looking at her in disbelief. She put on her cover-ups. Then walked inside. Straight to her room. Where Jacob is angrily following her.

"Holy moly." He says hugging me. "You took so long." He says. "I was only gone for five minutes." I say looking at the clock. It was 3:00 when I left. It's 5:00 now.. "oh sorry." She smiled smally. "Come on don't want to be late for dinner." He says. Alexis nodded. "Is it fancy or.." He nodded. "Fancy." Alexis nodded back.

Jacob is wearing a black skin tight shirt. With some skinny jeans. Alexis grabbed her clothes. It's a dress really. A black dress that stops right above her knees.

Walking back out of the bathroom Jacob laughs. "I like your style." He says looking at her dress and her black high tops. "Thank you." She laughs. They walked out to the dinning hall. The announcer introduced them. Everyone clapped as Jacob and Alexis walked in. Heading to their seats next to their Alpha and Luna.

Alexis heard everyone's thoughts. Eventually she got bored and block them out.

Dinner starts.

It was like being at a fancy dinner. There was people who put the napkin on your lap. Who asked you what you wanted. Gave you apptizers. The fancy kinds of crap like that.

"Jake." She nudged him in the ribs. "I need to have my 'drink'"
Alexis said fearfull. "Can you drink it later?" He asked. She sighed. It's not good. Her eyes would turn gray going hungry  Yes that's really fast but being her has good and bad perks. Also considering she didn't drink it the last few days. Because she hasn't been to the Cullen's.

Alexis nodded at him and faked a smiled. "Thank you Lexi." He says. Alexis nodded picking at the salad that was placed in front of her. This is going to be a long dinner.
