HEY!!
Yes, I am fully aware of the fact that it has been ages since I last updated this story (two years)! But I chanced upon a poem that I drafted a couple months back and decided to share it with you guys because you guys really mean the world to me :)
It may not be the most well written but this poem encapsulates all my feelings for one person whom I hold extremely dearly in my heart :)

I like you a lot.
You make my heart beat faster;
You make me blush a lot brighter.
You are the most important to me;
But there are times where people told me to think otherwise.
You make me look forward to a new day;
Your presence alone makes my heart pump faster.
You make me happy;
But you make me sad.
You're there when I'm at my highest;
You're there when I'm at my lowest.
You make me frustrated;
But you still never fail to put a smile on my face.
But then it all came down;
When problems start rising up.
I will try to understand you;
You will ignore me.
You leave me with doubts;
I wonder if I'm ever good enough.
You are just like math;
But you change and math doesn't.
Math formulas will always stay;
But you will slowly fade away.
But then,
I still like you a lot.
Love is cruel to those who entice it.
