It was just another beautiful day in Hyrule and I was on my way to the Gerudo desert. I was alone of course, I don't like traveling with him, he never talks, I can never tell what he is thinking about, being around him makes me feel so useless. If only I could awaken this cursed power, then maybe I could be useful.
It was hot in the desert today but thankfully the sun starting to go down. I just needed to reach the Kara Kara Bazaar and rest there for the night. But that's when I got the feeling that I wasn't alone, so I turn around thinking it was him but I couldn't have been more wrong, three men in red tights and white masks with a very familiar eye on it were creeping up to me, in there hands they held sickles that were made especially for killing, Yiga. So I started running as fast as I could but they were faster, now I regret not taking him along with me.
Two of them ran ahead of me and stopped in front of me, I turn around and find that one is still there behind me, I start to back up but fall over, they move closer in their creepy crouch, one lifts his sickle ready to end my life, I close my eyes in fear of the end but all I hear is a body drop to the ground, I open my eyes and see him, Link, he is standing over me sword drawn and hair blowing in the wind. He moves his sword in a challenging fashion and the other two Yiga soldiers back away. He looks between the two but they don't make a move, the soldiers look to each other then nod and move in on Link, but Link stands his ground and stays by me at all costs but he is at a disadvantage there is two of them and he is protecting me, again I feel useless as he guards me. But he is still out numbered and one slash makes it under his guard and hits his abdomen, the Yiga jump back and laugh at there handy work, but Link takes this opportunity and slashes them down.
He turns back to me and helps me up "Link your hurt, we need to get you medical attention and fast" but he shakes his head no and points to the Bazaar as if my safety is more important than his well being. I try to urge him to get some medical help but he continues to walk while clutching his wound. I can tell he is in a lot of pain, he can try to act like nothing happened all he wants, but I can see that he can't keep going like this. As soon as we got to the Bazaar he falls to the ground, blood oozing out from under him.
I rush over to him and start screaming "HELP, WE NEED HELP, Link please stay with me, don't close your eyes, please just stay awake for a little longer, SOMEONE PLEASE HELP"
