Revalii and I ride till we reach Rito stable, I lookup at the towering spire that Rito village is built upon, in the center a heart, but the clouds behind it made it seem as though the heart was breaking.

I must have really hurt Link, I should go find him. I run to the village and up the many flights of stairs strait to the chief.
"Did Link come by here?"

"ah princess, yes he did, he went strait to the flight range, he seemed to be agitated about something" he mentioned

"thank you" 

"anytime princess, oh and watch for the liz-"he tried to say something but I left before I could hear what he could say.

I hop on my horse and ride around the lake, soon I hit snow and ice it becomes hard to see, my horse stops and kicks me off it and runs off
"wait come back!" Link where are you? I need you, I need you by my side its not the same with out you. Please Link I need you next to me. Just let me hear your voice. But what I hear is some thing digging through the snow.
"H-hello?" I manage to squeak in fear

The digging stops then very quickly in my direction and a lizalfos jumps out of the snow and releases three balls of ice at me.
"Lin..." Is all I can say before I'm frozen solid. The lizalfos walks around me inspecting me with great interest, thinking what side to serve me with. I'm about to die, why can't I do anything right, why am I always the one whom needs protection, why can't this power work for me?
The monster lifted its boomerang to deal the final blow then turns to ice crystals next to where it was standing a fire arrow embedded into the ground. Still frozen I try to see me savior and see him all bundled up and a mask over his face, he approaches me and shakes his head. He lowers his face to mine then I see his electric blue eyes, Link I knew you would come at the last minute, you ass. He pulls out a Great Flame Blade from only Hylia knows where and stabs it next to me so the ice starts melting.
"What were you thinking coming out here alone?" He asks
"Hyrule needs you, you can't go risking life and limb like this" he looks into my eyes and I think to my self, hypocrite. Again he look in my eyes and knows exactly what I'm thinking, then he sighs and picks me up bridal style and carries me to the flight range. As he walks I lay my head atop his chest and listen to his heart beat, so calming, reassuring, and warm, and I fall asleep in his comforting embrace.
