Chapter 9

Demi's POV

I wake up with my phone vibrating on my mattress. I look at the screen which blinds me even though my room is nearly lit by the noon sun shining through my window. 7 text messages.

Mom: "Went into work early. Didn't want to wake you. Will be home for dinner. Love you xx"

2 from Brian: "whered u go 2?" And "leaving here now"

Clearly he had no idea I had left the party before he realized I was gone.

Nick: "stayed until I knew you were sleeping. Text me if you need anything or just want to talk"

And one from Holly: "are you ok?? Are you mad at him? I'm sure he didn't mean it"

What the heck. I'm so confused. I reply "Did you mean this for someone else?"

I get out of bed and brush my teeth and wash my face. I return back to my room to get dressed when my phone buzzes with a message from Holly: "yeah. you mean you dont know??"

Literally so confused, I reply: "know what?"

I had just enough time to get dressed and get down stairs when my phone buzzes again.

"Brian and Savannah slept together"
