Not edited....as usual

Head laying against the cooling desk and helped blocking out any noise that disturbed the mint green haired boy. At this moment he wasn't sure of what lesson he was in or what time of the day it was, he had just known he had turned up to school with correct uniform and his physical self, but sadly forgetting behind himself mentally as the whole day he was just following others not being fully there at the scene.

His eyes were shut and soft breaths were passing through his bruised lips, the position his head was in started to cramp his neck but he couldn't lay on the other cheek due to previous days accidents that had left him sore. To anyone looking at Yoongi it was obvious he was asleep and the teacher wasn't having it,

"Min Yoongi!" her hand had come in contact with the table his head was on, startling him into an upright position and leaving a random sentence escaping his mouth.

"Yes here and present!" he had quickly said not taking on that the teacher clearly wasn't amused as she tutted and shook her head in dissatisfaction of the state she had found the boy in.

"Yoongi since this is the first time I've caught you I'm letting you off," a sigh of relief emitted through his lips but was quickly caught again with the next sentence of being threatened into a phone call home and detention if it happened again.

"It won't happen again Miss," He refused to make eye contact with the teacher and made grab for his book to scribble down notes from the board.
Before he knew it the bell had rung after fifteen minutes and students were let out for lunch before a last lesson.

The mint haired boy took his time walking to the canteen as today there wasn't going to be as big of a line due to one the year groups going on a trip.

Getting the food didn't take long and he had paid with his student ID card against the scanner and now made his way to the familiar table where his friends all sat eating their lunches.

Seating himself down at the table he greeted everyone there and was soon to realise that Hoseok hadn't come to the table yet, or maybe he had decided he didn't want to eat there cause of him and Jimin.
Yoongi didn't make anymore conversation with anyone and ate with earphones placed in his ears just to drown out the noises and chatter of the many students surrounding him.

He didn't hear his name being constantly called out from the oldest until he felt one of the earbuds being yanked out causing him to groan, "Come on guys, I thought we agreed not to do that!" He didn't wait for what he was being called for as he went back to placing the earphone back in but was stopped by the following question,

"Yoongi why is your face bruised?" Jin had asked and the rest were all turned to him waiting for an answer but before he could start Hoseok joined the table and he stopped himself from what he was about to spill and only commented on the other.

"Why don't you ask Hoseok, I mean he's got a matching one!" He spoke out with a bitter smile on his face before dropping it and going back to aimlessly picking at his food.

"And what in the world happened to your face?!" Jin directed to Hoseok, him being the only firing the questions out while the others only wanted answers within efficient time.

Hoseok slowly brought his stare from his food and onto Yoongi who didn't need to look up to see or feel the burning stare, "It's nothing just matching bruises for idiotic friends!"

Yoongi scoffed, "Correction you're the only idiotic friend right now," what he said made Hoseok grow with more irritation but he kept his words to a minimal not wanting to start an argument in front of their other friends.

"Yoongi just shut up for now, it's the least you could," he let out a long-suffering sigh not having the time or energy to waste on the other.

The other only rolled his eyes and continued eating his bland food, trying to focus on the song blasting through the ear buds. He didn't realise how the atmosphere was tense and awkward, the two boys were too ignorant to pay attention to the look on the rest of the boy's faces.

No one had thought that the two boys, who considered each other best friends almost family would start to despise each other's presence or would even refuse to talk to each other for less than an hour.

Lunch went past and neither boy had told the others as to why they weren't talking to each other, just covering up their answers with rude remarks of the other or a scoff which would irritate the other and into an argument they would go.

Standing up from the table, they all made their way out of the canteen to their last lesson of the day. Yoongi had English last, and he had it last so did Hoseok. His mind ran with the thought of if he should skip the lesson, but he only knew that would bring down his attendance and he was scared of consequences.

Before he set foot out of the doors, a hand was felt on his shoulder tugging him backwards slightly,

"Hyung, what the hell happened?" Namjoon was taking his chance at finding out was going on between the two friends, he didn't like the tense atmosphere they were all in during lunch and he wanted to find a way to fix it.

"Look Namjoon, it's just Hoseok and I got into a small argument," Yoongi said leaving out the bit of both of them getting a bit too physical and Hoseok's accidental confession.

Namjoon could only slowly mid his head and sigh loudly, "Okay-but whatever happened between you two, someone needs to apologise,"

"I'm not apologising to that asshole," He started walking out the canteen realising he only had a few minutes til lesson and he couldn't spend anymore time talking.
He could hear the voice of the younger shout from behind him, telling him to please apologise.

And even though Yoongi felt slightly guilty for what had happened, he wasn't going to be the first to say sorry.

He was just that stubborn.
