By jove...I think I've done it?!
I've felt all along that this story, which started from the single image of Hermione and Draco in the Hogwarts library, was character led. I'm not in charge here, I'm just writing the story as they want it. They told me where the story needed to go next, and right now they're saying "Bugger off and leave us to our date in peace!". I'm not one to argue with Hermione, she's a little scary sometimes.
I've had a request from a reader for a sequel, and I'm seriously considering the idea. I'm also toying with a spin-off, focusing on the circus folk. No promises though!
Right now I'm going to celebrate the fact I've actually finished a story - for the first time ever!
