Lucy
She was on a mission, separated from her team again. How this always happened to her, she would never know. Not to mention it was cold, they were on Mt. Hakube after all, and that she had already had to fight five Vulcans, also her magic power was getting dangerously low. She was snapped out of her thoughts when a wyvern came barreling towards her at high speeds. She was about to try and jump out of the way when a shadow in the shape of a spear flew past her and struck the wyvern straight through the chest, effectively killing it. She breathed out a sigh then remembered that it wasn't her who took down the wyvern. She whipped around and came face to face with a bright shadow with a glowing red eye. How a shadow could look so bright she didn't know, but that was the only way to describe it. The single red eye blinked and she spoke, "W-who are you?"
The shadow stood still for a moment before it spoke in a deep echoey voice that she recognized but couldn't place, "You know me Lucy. I have caused you great physical and mental pain. You fear me."
Her eyes widened at his statement. Why would she fear someone who had just saved her life? Everything started to fade, but before it went black the shadow spoke again with a smirk that made her blush for whatever reason, "Be safe my Lucy."
Lucy shot up in her bed in a cold sweat and panting. She quickly looked around and found that she was in her room alone. She sighed, relieved that it was only a dream. Her clock flashed 6:00 am, she figured since she went to sleep early yesterday that she would have woken up early. The celestial Mage removed the covers from over her body and threw her legs over the side where she stood up and stretched, listening to all her joints giving a satisfied popping sound.
Lucy grabbed a towel and picked out an outfit before going into the bathroom to take a cool shower so that she can fully wake up. As she washed her body and hair, she went over her dream. Who could that have been? Everyone she knew that harmed her mentally and physically was either gone, meaning dead or not there anymore, or in prison. She finished showering and got out, got dressed and went to the kitchen to make herself breakfast.
Future Rogue
He watched as she skillfully moved across the kitchen cooking bacon and pancakes. Her shooting up in bed so suddenly and gasping had awoken him, making him quickly transform into a shadow. He wondered what she had been dreaming about. What could have caused her to wake up gasping for air and in a cold sweat? He watched her sit down at the kitchen table and, almost robotically, eat her pancakes with a look of confusion and thought. He figured she was thinking about the dream. What happened in that dream to make her fucking body go on autopilot while she's eating? He thought with his brows furrowed.
He looked at her when he heard her start to speak under her breath, "You know me. I have caused you great physical and mental pain. You fear me. Who the hell could that have been? If he caused me so much pain and I fear him, then why did he save me and why didn't I fear him then?"
His eyes widened at the realization that she had a dream about him, or at least it could have been him. He did cause her great physical and mental pain, and she did or does fear him. He frowned at this, for whatever reason he felt...regretful. He quickly shook that thought away when he heard the chair Lucy was sitting on suddenly scrape across the floor. He watched as she looked at the clock, it was now 7:30 am. He guessed she was going to head to the guild.
Lucy
It was a little early to go to the guild but she figured Mira would at least be there to talk to.
She walked into the guild and greeted Mira, "Morning Mira!"
Said she-devil looked up and said, "Oh Lucy, you're here early."
