The Eighth Encounter: Tainted

ALEXANDRA'S POV

As we found ourselves back in the corridor of the High School Division, I hurriedly stood up and ignored the protest of my bleeding right arm.

"Hold it right there" Someone suddenly said from behind

I looked back reluctantly and saw the High School Principal standing before me.

"I did allow Sakura and the others to warp so they can find an antidote for Imai-san, but if I am right they weren't with you" HSP said with a gaze as if inspecting me

"I... was sent.. by ESP to that hell of a place.."I explained as I turned back and started walking in the opposite direction

"Have I met you before?" He asks

"Around... 11 years earlier..." I said as I continued walking on until they were out of my sight

I haven't recovered all but I can remember most. Just thinking of it makes my head all foggy.

"Ugh.." I exclaimed as I held on the wall

"So what did you gain from the Z base?" Someone said from behind

"Nothing... just a bit of a headache..." I replied without even looking at the smirking Persona

"Have you remembered?" he asked

".... maybe..." I said looking at my hands..

It was... tainted with blood...

Before I can even finish making up sentences in my mind, everything went black.

YUKITERU'S POV

When I gained consciousness, my eyes quickly scanned where Alexandra is. Wait, how did I arrive at my room? My memory about what happened in Z is still vague.

"Damn.." I cussed as I tried to stood with sharp pains welcoming me

Despite these sharp pains I stood up and find myself on the way to Alexandra's room.

"Where do you think you're going Kazuki-kun?" someone asked as I stepped out of my door

"Alexandra" I answered timidly

"Ah, she's in the ICU. Even Alexander-kun can't go near her today, either" 'either'?

"What do you mean?" I asked with a bit of interest as the name 'Alexander' came up

"Alexandra-chan doesn't let anyone get near her. She went as far as threatening to remove the IV on her wrist" Narumi explains with a sigh

".... Is that so?" I timidly remarked as Narumi looked at me with disappointment

"Aren't you gonna do something?" he asks

'Of course I will' I thought as I left to prevent prolonging the meaningless converstion.

ALICE ACADEMY HOSPITAL

"Evening" I greeted as I entered the room without knocking

It's dark in here though. Is she asleep? I wonder if I came at the wrong time? My train of thoughts were interrupted as the cold wind from outside hit me.
