The Tenth Encounter: Happy New Year

Someone's POV

"Looks can be deceiving" she suddenly said

Since she bumped the girl earlier, she has been thinking too deep.

"How can?" I asked

"You won't know all the things a person had gone through with just a look" She replied

It seems that girl had gotten her attention. I wonder if she can help me.

ALEXANDRA'S POV

"You shouldn't go near him" Yukiteru suddenly said as I held a hand on the knob

"Why?" I asked in a confused tone

"He won't do you any good" He said sternly without explaining

"That doesn't make sense" I remarked as I went in my room

"Trust me" He says seriously

"Then give me a good reason to stay away from that grey haired fellow"

"He... No, just don't"

For some moment I thought I saw Yukiteru with a pained expression.

"I'll try"

He left without any more hesitation as I slumped down the bed.

Cough... Cough.. Cough

Oh God. This can't be happening.

NEXT DAY

"Alexandra?"

I heard a knock on the door earlier than usual and threw the towel straight right on the trash. I quickly got up and opened the door.

"Where's Yukiteru?" I asked Alexander as I immediately closed the door

"He's in his room, he said that he'll meet a teacher for a project? or something like that" Alexander explained as he shrugged

If I am right I am always with him, how come I didn't know he had an appointment? Weird.

MATH CLASS~~

We sat in our usual top most seat near the window, even surprised to be beside the pair we saw yesterday.

"Can we sit here?" the greyish- fellow asked

"Yeah" Alexander timidly replied

"Don't come near them"

I stared at them for awhile until she met my eyes causing me to look away. I trust Yukiteru.

"Alexandra, are you alright? You're cold and pale" Alexander remarked as he accidentally brushed shoulders with me

"There's nothing to worry about everything is the same, I still don't understand what math says" I said with a small smile

I cannot understand why Yukiteru is keeping me away from them and why I am reluctant to follow what he is saying. It's rare for him to ask though. I looked again sideways and found the grey haired fellow staring back at me as if relaying me a message. It was like his eyes said..

"Please help her"

"Something's not right" Alexander said, looking back at me when we were asked to go back to our dorms

"Why try find something wrong when everything's right?" I asked, shrugging my shoulders

"I thought I had a vi-, sudden change of emotion?" Alexander asked murmuring to himself

"Walker, please head to the High School Principal's office" Jinno-sensei suddenly said from behind
