Ever since we were kids we were known as the "PDI TRIO", shortcut for Public Display of Idiocy Trio. Those were the happy days alright but once Alexander, one of the Trio, left for a place in America... Me and Yukiteru became "PDH COUPLE", another shortcut for Public Display of Happiness Couple though we weren't actually one and that "Happiness" didn't last long after school hours.
When I get home a drunkard mother is rarely at sight. I live alone because my mother doesn't take care of me neither do I to her. Yukiteru is staying on an orphanage in town and when the people there get scarce of their supply of food I let him eat at home. Alexander ,on the other hand, is a wealthy fellow.
Before we met him, Me and Yukiteru despised all wealthy beings being so selfish and greedy but when he gave us the food that saved both of us from dying in hunger and shelter when we were staying in the streets.
We taught him the fun of being a commoner,not just being imprisoned in the four corners of his room.
When he said he was going to America, I thought he said "AMRITA" which is a water of life for hindus. Yukiteru on the other hand thought he was introducing someone "... am Erica". It was too late when we found what America is. We even tried to sail to america through a raft in the riverside but of course, we never made it.
"Eh? I only got 15 marks out of 70!" Yukiteru whailed
"Can we make it by the raft again this weekend?"
"Haha! But I know Alexandra got lower marks than me" Yukiteru boasted
"Can't the world go back to being a Pangaea where every continent is beside each other? Maybe we can reach America through our pedicab bike"
"HUH?" Yukiteru exclaimed
"Maybe we should get mountain bikes"
"-andra!"
"Our allowances combined might not sufficient though, I still want to see him"
"A-LE-XAN-DRA!!!!!!" someone shouted right at my ear
"WAHHH!" I said sarcastically with the matching falling out of the chair
"How'd ya get 65 marks aye?" He said in his doubtful tone
"I answered the paper"
"Grr..." He said pretending to be a....
"Are you imitating the sound of your stomach?" I asked with a slight arch of my right eyebrow
"That was mean" He commented with a pout
"It was never meant to be a compliment" I recoiled with a small smile
"So how'd ya get it?" He asked again when he lost our first argument in the day
"Study and you'll do fine" I said casually with a wave
"You cheated didn't you?" He asked doubtfully
"Nah, not even once. I should be asking that since you copied me once and went so far that you copied my name, too" I pointed at him accusingly
"Nee, Teru and Xandra why don't you make "PDA COUPLE" your official title?" Kise, a friend of ours, asked
"Huh? Didn't we had that before?" Yukiteru asked wonderingly
