//(Y/N) in body of Taehyung//
I pulled the black sweater that Taehyung had in his car close to me as we entered his house. "Tae, why is it so cold in here?" I said, taking my hands out of the sleeves and folded them against my chest.
"Oh no!" Taehyung ran to the window that had been left open. He closed it and scratched his neck sheepishly when he turned to look at me. "Seems that I must have let it open. Here, I'll turn on the heater."
I heard the soft clicking of the heater being brought to life. Taehyung came back with two blankets. "To stay warm until the heater turns on." He handed a lilac colored blanket to me while he kept the black one for himself.
Taehyung tied the ends of the black blanket together to make a small cape. "I'll be in the kitchen warming up some food," he called out, "I'm starving!" His voice echoed off the white walls of his house.
I cocooned my self into the lilac blanket during my wait for Taehyung's food to be ready. I sat up at the first smell of the delicious aroma of the food and made my way over to the kitchen to see what the smell could be.
"Mmm! It smells good, Tae." I praised. He had a soft smile plastered on him.
"Thank you, (Y/N)! It's beef stew," He stirred the stew once more. "Can you get two bowls? They're in the drawer above the coffee machine." I did as he told me.
Taehyung poured stew into both of the bowls. I could feel my stomach calling for food. We made our way to the kitchen table.
Taehyung took the seat across from mine. He seemed to be staring at me until I took the first spoonful of it.
I knew that was what he wanted so I took the first bite. "Wow!" This was the best stew I've had in a while.
"Did you make this?" I asked.
"I did! Is it really that good?" I nodded and ate the stew happily.

We both sat on the couch watching some comedy show on television. We were both wrapped in our blankets. I was lying my head on the right arm rest of the single couch and Tae was sprawled out on the 3-person couch.
We had talked about the switch back. We were confused on how we switched back and forth. There was no answer we could find out.
The full feeling after a big dinner and the warm blanket combined made me slowly close my eyes. I didn't want to fall asleep yet, so I would open them back up only to have them start to close again.
I felt a poke on my cheek, "You sleepy?". I hummed to show I was. "Let's get you to bed then." The sound of the shuffling from the couch and to me made me sit up normally.
I rubbed my eyes in attempt to wake up a bit so I could make it to the room without passing out on the way there. "Do you need help?" Taehyung whispered out. I mentally thanked him for not being so loud.
"I think I can do it, Tae," I stood up. "I'm way taller than you when I'm you so I don't think it'd be easy for you to help me." I snickered. He crossed his arms and huffed.
He walked me to the room and helped me lay down. I snuggled into the blankets. "Good night, (Y/N)." He turned off the light switch on his way to the door.
"Wait," I said sleepily. Tae turned back to me. The light from the hallway made it hard to see his face as it lights up the space around him. "Where are you sleeping?"
"Probably the couch."
"But I'm cold, Tae." I rolled around the bed before I stopped to look up at Taehyung again. My sleepily daze only intensified.
"The heater was on a while ago, (Y/N)." Tae giggled at my actions.
"I know but the house cooled down," I pulled the covers over my head but left a space for me to still see Taehyung's silhouette. "Can you warm me up?"
Taehyung stiffened after I had said that. I could tell because he stopped swaying at the doorway. "Please. You're always warm." I tried to convince him.
He took hesitant steps to the edge of the bed. I moved over to make so space for him. "Let's sleep." I slurred out. My eyes closed but I wasn't asleep.
I felt the bed dip. He had laid down, but wasn't cuddling up to me. I opened one eye and let out a groan. "This is how you warm me up, Tae." I whined. I wrapped my arm around his waist and snuggled into the crook of his neck.
He let out a gasp and was stiff. "I know it's weird. I'm you and your me but I'm still cold. I want to be warm."
"Good night." I said sweetly. My deep voice making me seem even more tired. That's when I fell asleep at last.
-
I opened my eyes to see my head of (H/C) hair snuggled up to my chest. Taehyung was hugging me and was warm.
I stretched out my legs but then noticed my hand was holding something. Taehyung is holding my hand. I took in a breath.
Taehyung moved his head up to face me. His (Y/E/C) were looking into mine. "Good morning." He simply said, a light pink blush dusted his cheeks.
This was the second time we have woken up next to each other. But this time was different. I had asked him to sleep here.
If I hadn't been under that sleepy spell, I don't think I would have had the guts to ask him. I thought back to all the things I said last night. Then it was my turn to blush slightly.
"Good morning. Did you sleep well?" I asked.
"I did." He smirked, "Did you get warm, like you wanted?" I rolled my eyes.
"As a matter of fact I did." He let out a breathy laugh and looked down under the covers.
"Umm..." I looked at him confused. He gestured under the blankets.
We were still holding hands. We both quickly let go. It's strange. It felt so natural.
I cleared my throat and sat up. "We should get up now." I didn't make eye contact with him. I was a little embarrassed that we had held hands for that long without doing anything about it. But at the same time, I had this fluttery feeling in my chest.
"Yeah, we should."
