T H I R T Y E I G H T

My head my was throbbing I open my eyes...at first it was blurry...I squeezed my eyes shut for a few seconds and open it again.

I grab my head and I groan I shake Ava "Ava wake up". I didn't get an answer I lift her up and her head was bleeding...alot..my eyes widen "ava!" I shaked her again "wake up Ava!" I pushed the door open and ran to side of her door and opened it.

I grab her out and laid her on the ground..i did cpr and check her pulse. Nothin..

I suddenly thought of ethan and looked at her once again "no no no ava wake up!! Don't die on me!!!" I did cpr again and nothing seemed to work..tears fell from my eyes and i sobbed hugging my knees to my chest.

After a few minutes i look at avas lifeless body and grabbed her hand its was really cold her skin was light blue..

I look into the car and grabbed my phone hopefully it still works i turn it on and sighed in relief i go to contacts and called Ethan but he dosent answer.

I called grayson and he answers...

"Hello?"

"Grayson...something happened.." my voice breaks.

"What do u mean is everything okay.."

"No grayson Ava's not breathing i got into a car accident" i replied starting to sob again.

I heard Ethan's voice in the background asking what was wrong..

"Nina ill be there just text where you are"

"Okay" i said

He hangs up and i text him where i was and waited. I called 911.

When we got to the hospital i was sitting on the hospital bed while Grayson was hugging me tightly. "Wheres ethan?" I asked..

Grayson lifts his head "With syra and nathan.."

I got up and walked out seeing him playing with syras hands while she sat on his lap "Does he know yet?" I whispered to Grayson. He shook his head.

The doctor comes and stops infront of me "We got her to breath again....but she's in a coma.." he whispers..He puts his hand on my shoudler "are you alright?"

I nodded..

When he walked away ethan puts Syra on the chair and walks away..putting his hands in hair tightly tugging on it..I run after him "Ethan wait!" I shouted.

He dosent listen I grabbed his arm and turned him around tears were falling from his eyes...I hugged him tightly and he cried into my shoulder...I caress his hair as I was ready to cry...

"Nina...." he mumbles..

I waited.

"She was pregnant.."

My eyes widen..."What if she can't  have children ever again?" He asks

"Then...you guys have syra...she means alot to you doesn't she?"

He nods..."What if she doesn't wake up?"

"Don't doubt on that...she'll wake up ethan."

I unwrap my arms from him and grabbed  his shoudlers "I love you ethan but you need to focus on Syra right now okay?"

We walk back and grayson was with Nathan and Syra as they showed their toys to him...

"Mommy can we have this?" I look at Syra and nathan who was holding nerds. "Sure" I grab it and put it into the cart. When we walked foward I open  the freezer and grabbed pizza.

When I turned back I didn't see Nathan nor syra...

"Fuck..." I said under my breath..

"Nathan? Syra?" I called out

I grabbed the cart and ran through the Isles and saw them standing infront  of a guy as they talk to him... it was gryason and Ethans dad.

"Nathan and Syra you scared me don't run off like that!" I groaned they walk back to the cart and I looked at Sean "hey nina" he says smiling...

I fake smiled "hey.." I replied.. "I heard you got into car accident..are you okay?"

Um duh I am alive and well infront you.

"Yea I'm fine"

He hugs me tightly "ill see you later..tell ava I said hi even though  she's is a coma.."

I nodded and he walks away waving at the kids. He looks back and smirks...

I furrow my eyebrows... tf?
