Chapter Twelve: The Guy With Purple Eyes

"Ugh why does my head hurt?" I said before I felt a sharp pain in my side. I held back my whimper as I sat up. I was home in my room.

I looked down and saw I was wearing a panty and a towel was over my chest but something like a leaf was wrapped around my stomach.

I got up and threw on a shirt. I saw my blue bunny and decide to take it with me. I walked out my room and when I walked towards the stairs I heard the others talking.

"Why the fuck is he here?" I heard Alice growled. "How did he even find her?"

"Shouldn't he banned from stepping foot on earth?" Justin asked.

"Good please don't... Shit!" Malcolm cursed. "My mom was the only one who knew how to seal the gate bit how did he find her?"

"Who? How did who find me?" I asked walking down the stairs struggling a bit.

"Scarlet?" Justin said rushing to my side. He held my waist and helped me to the others.

I hated Justin but I could sense his emotions. He was worried about me.

"I'm fine I can stand." I said as he sat me down next to Blake.

"No you're not you got hurt and I wasn't there to protect you. I'm so sorry."

I looked at him sad. "What happened to me anyway?" as soon as I asked everyone went quiet.

"Nothing your blood was just low and you passed out." I looked at Derrick for making up such a stupid lie.

"Bullshit." I said getting up but I regret it as soon as a sharp shot throughout my side.

They all rushed to help me but I pushed them away. "Who is this person that wants me?"

Alice walked up to me. "He's the demon king. You're his mate." She said and I stumbled back. "You need to rest."

I pushed her away still stuck on the fact that I have another mate but he's a demon. I pushed past everyone and walked outside.

"Scarlet!" they all called out.

"Just leave me alone." I said as my hand glowed as a breeze of cold air splashed me in the face. When I looked around I couldn't make out where I was.

I looked down at Mr. Blue and smiled. I started to pay with him, throwing him up in the air and catching him.

"You're just as cute as I remembered." there was a deep laugh. I jumped to my feet and looked around trying to find the source. "Don't worry Doll I won't hurt you."

"It's you isn't it? You're the demon?" I asked and there was just a laugh.

"You're quite intelligent aren't you, Doll?"

"What do you want with me?" I asked plainly.

A grown man stepped forward. He was huge and tall. You could see his muscles standing out greatly. His jet black hair blew in the wind. His jaw line stood out and do did his pink lips. But his eyes his eyes gave him  away.

"What every one of those mates want. I want to mate with you basically. You're the most powerful being who ever touched the face of this earth." He said.

"So what. Just leave me alone. I don't want nothing to do with you." I said turning around and walking away but when I bumped into him I got scared.

I dropped Mr. Blue back off shocked. "Sorry Doll it just don't work like that." he said coming closer to me.

I took a couple steps back as he took a couple steps forward. "When I want something I get it. Willingly or by force." He said smirking at me.

"I don't care go after some other she-wolf I'm already taken."

I turned around again but only to get grabbed back. "That's the thing. You're other mates got to go its just too much competition. So I decided I need to kill them."

My eyes widen in horror. "What! You can't do that. They're my mates." I said and he laughed.

"And you're mines." He said.

"No!" I screamed and my eyes snapped open. I looked around and saw that I was in my room. I ran my finger through my hair before I threw my covers off. I was wearing my clothes I wore to school.

The door opened and Alice walked in and gave me a big smile. She had a honey bun in her hand. "Hey Miss Pass Out." She said sitting next to me.

"Ugh what happened?" I asked running my head through my hair.

"Well the fact you passed out because your sugar is way to low or the fact that it's Saturday?"

I looked out the window and it was afternoon. "Don't worry this is totally normal. Just eat up." She said handing me the honey bun.

I smiled. "So where is everyone?"

"Well after yesterday's tantrum all your dumb mates had. They're in the living room watching tv."

I laughed and took a bite out of the honey bun. I could my stomach was very pleased.

"Hey why don't we to the beach!" Alice charted and I looked at her confused.

"Um... Alice aren't you a vampire. You know. Sun. Aw! I'm melting!" I screamed.

She looked at me like I was stupid. "You do know I'm a royal and it doesn't really hurt us. Sometimes it kind of drains our powers. But really...melting."

I burst out laughing. "Okay the beach it is." I said smiling at her.

"Yeah!"

Five minutes later....

"I wonder how Scarlet's doing?"

"Beach!" I howled sliding down the stair's railing. I fell at the end and rolled all the way in the living room. "Ow." I laughed.

I looked up and saw everyone looking at me. "Hey." I said smiling at them.

"Aunty!" Kiya and Kayla screamed running in the house. They both stopped in front of me and tilted their head.

"Why are you on the floor?" Kiya asked and I started to think about.

"Don't tell me she's thinking about it." Max said.

I laughed. "I guess I fell." I said and they laughed. They both helped me up. "Thank you lovelies."

I walked over to Derrick and sat on his lap. "Alice and I was wondering if you guys would like to go to the beach with us?"

"Nah I have work to do." Derrick said before all of them made up some stupid of excuses.

"That's too bad because I picked out some cute bikinis." Alice said walking down the stairs.

I got up and walked over to her. She gave me a candy and I smiled. "Bye then." I said as we walked out the house.

Alice pulled up her motorcycle and another one. "You do know how to ride, right?"

She the the keys and I caught it. "Of course." I said smirking at her.

"Good girl candy for you." She said throwing a candy in the air and I catch it.

I got on and put on my helmet. I started it up and heard Derrick yell but I didn't care. I let out a howl as I left him in the dust. I missed this feeling of independence and freedom.

I saw Alice drove up beside before she passed me. 'See you there Kiddo.' she mind linked me.

I rolled my eyes before taking off.
