Alice POV
"I don't want to come out. This bathing suit sucks." Scarlet said still hiding in the changing booth.
"If you don't come out I'll come in and get you." I said and the door swung open. I smirked as she walked out shyly. "You look hot."
She gave me a big grin before I grabbed her hand. "Let's have a great day." I said before we ran out in the sand.
Really I hate the sun but I'm doing this for Scarlet's sake. She needs this. I can't let her freak out again and erasing her memory isn't something I like too do.
"Hey Alice look!" Scarlet cheered and when I looked she was holding a crab.
"Scarlet put it down!" I yelled and she laughed before she dashed off. I couldn't help but to smile to myself.
She always was this smiling little pup. Always smiling and willing to make people smile.
'I have to keep on running.' I said as I held my bleeding stomach. I could barely walk but I had to keep on going.
I was in the middle of the woods and in wolf territory. If the king doesn't kill me I'll be kill by wolves. Great.
I leaned against a tree holding back my cries of pain but drop to the ground coughing up blood.
"Ha. I can't believe I'm gonna die like this." I laughed to myself. "My own daughter shot and now hunting me down. I probably shouldn't have taught her how to shoot a gun."
There was a rustle in the bushes in front of me and I got ready to fight but a little girl walked out with a blue bunny.
Her hazel eyes grew wide as she studied my face. I expected her to run away or call her pack but what she did was surprising. She ran towards me and dropped to her knees.
"Are you okay?" she cried and looked down at my stomach.
"Beat it kid." I said but she ignored me. She kept in looking down at my wounds. "I said leave!" I growled but she smiled at me.
"You don't have to act tough. I can tell your a sweet person so please let me help you."
I watched her stunned. How can a child be so stubborn. I watched as she placed both her hands on my stomach at they started to glow.
"No fucking way..." I said as my wounds heal. I was so lost in my daze I didn't notice the girl was breathing heavily.
Is she taking my pain...
There was a sound of breaking branches and when I looked up I saw a group of pissed vampires and angry daughter holding a pistol.
"Shit..." I said as the little girl fainted. I quickly picked her up and her little bunny bear. As I was about to run but my body failed on me.
"Pathetic..." Lilith said walking over to me but stopped. "What the hell?" she growled. She pointed her gun at us and release hell but nothing...happened.
I looked down at her bear bunny toy as noticed a symbol was on its stomach. "Don't tell me that's a Guardian Spirit in there." I said amazed.
I got up and smirked at my little girl as she bared her fangs at me. "Bye baby girl." I said.
"Alice look!" I looked up to see Scarlet walking on her hands as two little girls running after her.
I laughed as she fell into the sand and the little kids tackled her. "Hey Red come here for a second." I called out.
She looked up before getting and waving goodbye to the little kids. She came running towards me. "Hey you want some ice cream?"
"Sure." she said smiling at me.
I pulled out a twenty dollar bill. "Go knock yourself out Kiddo." I said leaned back into my chair.
Scarlet POV
"One vanilla please." I said giving the man the twenty dollar bill. He winked at me as be gave me back the twenty.
"Pretty girls don't have to pay." he said and I smiled.
I took my ice cream and turned around but once again knocked into someone.
"Aw."
I looked up to see. "You!" I said and the guy with the purple eyes smiled at me.
Alice POV
"Wow Kim I still can't believe you're with Kanye."
I looked up and saw Scarlet on top of... "Shit!" I threw my magazine down and stomped over to them.
I grabbed Scarlet by the arm and pulled her into my chest. "Hey baby who's your friend?"
She looked at me a bit confused. "Um yeah I didn't get your name."
"Oh sorry. I'm Leo nice to meet you." he said sticking his hand out and I let out a hiss.
"Alice!" Scarlet said and Leo chuckled. "I'm sorry she doesn't act like... wait she does." she sighed and I looked at her confused.
"Why don't you join us? Scarlet's mates will be here shortly." I said and he glared at me.
"Can't my little sister is playing in the water I have to watch her." he said disappointed.
"Hm I'll love to meet her."
"No!" we both yelled.
"Scarlet um don't you smell that?" I asked.
I noticed her eyes started to glow. She liked her lips and noticed her sent changed. Leo smirked and I knew what happened.
The only reason how a demon can mate a person they must be a demon also and Scarlet just tapped into her other side that I was afraid of.
