Homework

*Braelyn's pov*

"Are you sure you're okay?" I asked my mom, sighing a little bit. It is Monday now and I have to go back to school. "I'm fine sweetie, I promise," she smiled at me.
"Okay," I sighed a bit. I kissed her cheek and I got my back pack. I went outside and smiled at LiAngelo. "Hey baby!" I smiled at him.
"Hey cutie, you wanna ride??" he asked, unlocking his car.
"Umm, sure" I waked over to him and smiled small. I kissed his cheek and got into the passenger side. "How's your mom doin?" he smiled at me.
"She says she's okay," I nodded, "I think she's better. She's walking again."
"That's really good baby," he rubbed my thigh, like he always did when we were in the car.
"Yeah it is," I nodded, smiling small.
"How have you been?"
"Terrified," I sighed, admitting it.
"Baby maybe you should see a counselor? It might help," he sighed.
"Yeah I guess," I nodded.
"Hey it's going to get better baby, I promise," he nodded, rubbing my thigh.
"I hope so," I sighed, getting out. I shut the door and he locked the car. He took my hand and we walked into school. No one said anything to Gelo or I. They just watched us walk. I went to my locker and put my bag in. Gelo walked away to his locker. I shut my locker and took a deep breath. I walked to the other hallway, where the counselor's office is. I stood outside the door and waited for a second. Then I heard someone walking up. "What you going to a counselor for?" I heard her voice. I hated it, Izzy.
"None of you business," I snapped.
"You some sort of messed up freak show??" she laughed.
"No, I wasn't even going to the counselor's office," I shook my head, "I was going to Mr. Nicole's room to get my work." I walked away from her to his room. He wasn't there though. I waited for her to be gone, then I walked out. I walked away, passed the counselor's office. No way am I going to go to this counselor. I'll find someone else, not in school.

After school Gelo met me at my locker. "Hey you ready to head home baby?" he smiled.
"Yeah I have so much homework," I sighed.
"I know, me too," he sighed.
"Can you come over and we can do it together??" I looked up at him.
"Yeah I'm sure my dad would be cool with that," he smiled at me.
"Alright," I smiled back. He put his arm around me and he took me out to the car again. We got in and he drove us back to my house, he had called his dad on the way home. His dad said it was fine for him to come over.

We went to my room and we started on our homework. My mom was outside, working on the garden. "God this is so stressful," I laid back on my bed and sighed a bit.
"Lets take a break then baby," he moved the stuff off the bed.
"No we can't," I sat up and sighed, "We gotta get it done."
"Baby," he looked at me, "We can take a few minute break." He leaned in and pressed his lips against mine. I cupped his cheeks and he moved me onto hi lap. Our kiss turned heated fast. We were soon making out. He tugged at my shirt. I pulled away from the kiss and pulled it off. I kissed him again. He pulled his shirt off, then continued the kiss. Soon enough every piece of clothing we had on was on the floor. He was hovered over me..

I breathed heavily as Gelo laid down by me again. He was also breathing heavy. "Damn," I smiled at him.
"Damn is right," he chuckled a bit, smiling at me. I smiled and sat up. I put his hoodie on and my panties. I threw him his boxers, shirt, and sweats. I sat back down on the bed. "Best break ever," I giggled.
"We gotta do homework more often," he chuckled, getting dressed.
"We do," I nodded, smiling at him.
"I love you," He sat back by me.
"I love you too," I smiled up at him.
"What time is it baby?" he asked. I grabbed my phone off the side table and checked it. "It's 5:12," I showed him.
"Alright I don't have to be home till 6 so," he smiled at me.

We worked on our homework for another 45 minutes or so until Gelo had to leave. "Oh by the way, I'm going on a tour of UCLA this weekend if you want to come with me," he smiled.
"Umm sure," I nodded.
"Alright I'll see you tomorrow baby," he pecked my lips a few times. I waved at him as he jogged back to his house. I shut the door and walked to the kitchen, where my mom was. "Mom do you think I could get into college?" I sighed.
"Of course! Why wouldn't you be able to??" she glanced at me.
"I don't know," I shrugged, "I don't feel like I'm smart enough to get into college. I want to stay close to LiAngelo too."
"Why don't you go to UCLA too?" she smiled at me.
"You think they would accept me?" I smiled.
"Yes I do! You're so smart Braelyn!" she nodded, "Any place would be lucky to have you."
"I'll talk to Gelo and see if he would want that too," I nodded. She continued to cook dinner and I watched TV. I thought about going to UCLA. It actually sounds really nice. Being pretty close to home would be nice. Being close to Gelo would be nice. UCLA is a good school too. I'll have to talk to Gelo and then apply for UCLA...
