Locating Melvin's house was as difficult as breathing for me. Oliver, as expected messed up the address and he had forgotten exactly which street was his.

"I thought you said you remembered the place." I asked in frustration after we had spent more than 40 minutes looking for the exact house.

"The condolence visit happened more than 4 years ago. How exactly would I recall so perfectly the address?" he said

"Then why didn't you just look It up as you did for mine?" I asked.

"Well because you weren't walking too fast and I was able to-" he stopped mid way and covered his mouth.

"What! You followed me home?!" I was really amazed.

"What do you expect? Do you think I'd have gotten into the secretariat office to just look for your address?" he scoffed. "You're not even Beyoncé, or Rihanna not to even mention Adele. Why would I take such risk?"

"Well- I didn't say I were them. You should have just-"

"Well enough okay. You already know how I got your address so let's keep asking around." He said walking ahead.

"You didn't have to lie." I said as I joined him. "And miss out on you feeling so special? Hell no." Oliver said running away. "I pray I don't have to kill you." I said as I pursued him.

It was about after a whole hour of searching that we're able to locate Melvin's house. I was both relieved and tensed when we pressed the bell. I was all thirsty and needed a nice leg rest because I could really faint.

"Don't act as though you just ran a marathon race." Oliver said.

"Asing an checking every building in this estate zone has sure hell been a marathon." I said resting on the wall. Oliver shook his head disappointedly at me. "You need massive exercise." He said. I rolled my eyes at him.

I was still trying to catch my breathe when the door opened. We were greeted my a girl porbably older than i. looking at her attire, I would bet she must be a helper.

"Good day." Oliver greeted. "We're Melvin's classmates and we'd like to see him." It's so funny how Oliver could transform from a pain in the neck to being so gentle.

"Does he know you're coming?" she asked.

"No not at all." I added. Oliver gave me a look to be silent. "Actaully, we came for our project meeting. We were supposed to meet for a group discussion. Is he in?" why did he have to lie?

"Yes he is. You could come in. I'll get him." The girl ushered us in and after which she left to get Melvin.

"Was that necessary? You know we didn't come to-"

"Shut up." Oliver said between clinched teeth. "You must not have to start explaining everything to her. If I had let you speak, we' have been on our way home now." He whispered.

"You are so-" I couldn't complete my sentence as we were greeted by Melvin's mother or aunty rather as I latter learnt.

"Welcome." Melvin's aunty said to us. Oliver and I had stood up when we saw her approaching. She was a fair, tall and slender shaped woman. Just mere looking at her, you'll see that she's not from a class like mine. She reminded me of mum. The only difference was that while this woman smiled at us with immaculate white set of teeth mum smiled at me with something-yellow-stuck-in-her-teeth set of teeth. "When my girl informed me some of melvin's classmates were here to see him for a project, I just couldn't believe it." She said ushering us to have our seat.
