You wait on the boat, watching, as Lippo finishes explaining your rules. The expressions on their faces was interesting to watch as they realized your game.
"Also, there is one more part to this phase but i will let your next examiner explain. She will be waiting on the boat." Lippo then guides them to the boat where they filed in one by one.
Once they are all aboard you disperse Magic Mirror and walk to them. You then freeze and feel the smile grow across your face. Killua was staring at you in shock, but you were more focused on #301. Without a doubt that was Illumi. You had been watching since the beginning of the exam and had known about Killua, you even had your suspicions about the supposed Gittarackur and all those needles, but you didn't know for sure until you felt his Aura.
"Hello, my name's (Y/N) and I'm your examiner for the fourth phase of the hunter exam. You have all been told the rules except for one." You hold out your hands to show the number seven. "You will actually need seven points to win my game. The final point can't be obtained by taking some else's tag or even by keeping your own. You have to take one of mine!" you then pull several tags with a bunch o f symbols on them. "I have a tag i feel has a picture to represent each of you. To get yours all you have to do is tag me. You can also try to steal it if you want or even try and incapacitate me. No killing though because the chairman said no when he found out. And it has to be your symbol tag. If you plan to get it without me noticing then just look at the back and it will have your name." As an example you show 'Gittarackur's'. It had a needle on one side and his name on the other. "Any questions?"
You could tell that many of them thought this would be easy enough but a few realized that this would be harder than they thought. Then the first question came.
"Could you just give it to us?" you turned to look at Killua. A smirk appeared on his face as if to show that he knew you would just give him his. You frowned in return and his smirk faded.
"Of course i could, but i won't unless you have to something to trade me for it." you began to smile again and Killua made a 'tch' sound. Then another question came.
"So as long as i don't kill you i can do whatever i want?" you turn again to see #44. You noticed him and Illumi are the only ones who already knew nen and that Illumi had also already known him as well. That was probably what made you the most intrigued, Illumi didn't have 'friends' so just who was #44?
"Yes, the chairman said that i am not to be killed or near death. So injury is fine." The chairman heard of your game and insisted that you change it because he didn't like the idea. He never told you why though which upset you.
After clarifying what counted as 'near death' which was a question from a boy that hung out with Killua, you believe his name was Kurapika, you then told them that you would meet them on the island and left to the other side of the boat. You conjured Magic Mirror and brought out the magic carpet from "a thousand and one nights". You rode it to the island and put the carpet back into Magic Mirror. you then walk around until you feel the time for the boat to get here has arrived. You shroud yourself in zetsu and watch. You release your zetsu when #44 comes out and notices you. You smiled and put your finger to your lips in a 'shh' movement.
'I will meet you along with Illumi later' you mouthed and he simply grinned and walked away. Once they all get off and you send Illumi the same message, you go off to watch people. You also release zetsu and end up being tagged by a bald ninja looking man rather quickly. He happened to see you as you were watching another applicant and took the chance to tag you before you could fully move out of the way of his arm. Being the clumsy you though, you dodged the direction of the applicant you had been watching and he too tagged you. Damn. you turn to the two and smile. You moved slowly for the ninja guy but the dodge in the wrong direction was all on you. You rummage through your bag and pull out two tags, one with an arrow and another with a throwing star. You quickly look at the backs too before you throw them over to the two men. Pokkle and Hanzo, huh. you then disappeared using your full speed, you were quicker than any normal person easy and even most nen users too. So when you heard Hanzo grumble about you going easy on him, you simply smiled from the tree you watched them from before leaving to another area with different people. The next person to get one was the old man named Bodoro. He noticed your gaze and told you how he saw your book that you always carry. The book was of the fairy tales of the world and was the third in the collection. He said he would tell you stories that he heard of from his travels that he guaranteed where not in any book. His face as you revealed yourself was great, you guess he didn't expect you to be so easy to trade with.
It was getting dark now though and you decided to nap in a cave you found. That is where you found the man named Bourbon and he agreed to not only share the cave but guard you in your sleep as well in exchange for his tag. You normally would pick a more secure place and guard it with your nen or not sleep at all even, but you handed him his tag with the snake on it anyway and went to sleep on the other side of the cave. You have to give these guys chances after all.
