Chapter 3

Percy POV
I was surprised at how childish some of them acted (Tony) for being the Avengers and all. Anyway, we arrived at the tower and people swarmed the doors. Uncle Bruce was kind. I liked him. Along with Natasha and Steve."Kid put your hood up." Tony flipped my hood up himself. I didn't really like him that much but he was okay. Same for Clint. I grabbed my duffle bag and Tony grabbed my guitar and handed it to me when we got out. Reporters started shouting, "Who's the kid?!" "Is he a new Avenger!" "Why can't we see him!" "Is he a child of the Avengers?!" I kept my head down and was pushed quite forcefully to the door. Once we were all inside Tony went back out and said there will be no comment on who I was. I looked around the inside and it was pretty big. Light gray walls and white tiled floors. When he came back in we headed to the elevator. There were cameras all over. Some secret doors. There was something else that was in the walls that seemed to run the entire place. I stopped took a deep breath and kept walking. "Scared of elevators?" Clint asked. I nodded, "Also I'm claustrophobic." Once we were inside they made as much space as possible for me. I smiled gratefully. "At least there's good music." Some rock band was playing that Leo used to play on the Argo ll. Everyone groaned and Tony threw his hands in the air, "Yeah!! Someone agrees!" I chuckled, "Better than the Empire State Building." We got to our floor. "I'll show yo-" Uncle Bruce was cut off by a high pitched squeal. The guy turned towards me and looked like a kid on Christmas Day! "Perseus Jackson! It's an honor to meet you!" I was confused, "What?" He smiled. "On Asgard there are stories of a great warrior named Perseus Jackson. Many believe you to be a myth. But others idolize you!" I was even more confused. "You're Thor. Norse god of thunder." He looked delighted that I knew him. "Wait wait wait! What!" Tony was about as confused as I was. "He's a legend on Asgard but we're not!" I shook my head giving up on trying to figure out what was happening. Then the elevator dinged and two people stepped out. One was a smallish kid about my age and had on a red and blue suit with a black spider on the front. The other had a black trench coat and a eye patch. "I don't know! Please leave me alone!" The spider kid held his hands over his ears. "How do you not kn-" they spotted us. "Finally! He has not left me alone! Been wondering where y'all were!" Spider kid was really annoyed. "Well, we're back. Come on Percy. I'll show you your room." Uncle Bruce lead me down a hallway before Pirate could stop him. "I'll let you settle in." I walked in the room and it was the size of my old apartment! I let out a low whistle. The wall were a deep blue and there was dark wooden floor and there was a desk, a bed with a white comforter, and a black nightstand. There was a second floor that had games and a t.v. I set my duffle bag on the bed. I pulled out my guitar that Paul gave me when I used to come home and sat down played and sang along to
