Percy POV
I face palmed when I realized I hugged a total stranger. T'challa, as he said was his name, sat down beside me, "You know, I've only met Dr. Banner once. He was a good man." I thought for a second, "Wait, how? No offense, but before now I haven't seen you before and I haven't heard of you." He smiled. "It was before you joined. And I only came because of some official business and my father told me it was required I came. Some of their enemies placed bombs where we were. I tried to get to my father, but I wasn't fast enough. I lost my father that day and for a while we were enemies. I did most everything I could to get rid of them and get revenge for my father. Then I met Bruce. He told me that the real people who killed my father was in their custody and that I could do what I wanted with him. Then he told me that they were terribly sorry about my father, but they would rather have me as an ally that an enemy. He's the reason I have an alliance with everyone here." I smiled at the thought of him talking to Uncle Bruce. I held back tears as I thought of his kindness and compassion . "It's not your fault though. You know that right." He looked at me confused, "I know it hurts to lose someone that close. My father is still alive, I've only ever really seen him a total of five times. My stepfather recently left when my mother was killed. So I really wouldn't understand what it's like to lose your father. Losing someone that important had to hurt. But it's not your fault." His eyes shone, showing me he was holding back tears. "You are very wise for such a young age." I smiled. "When I saw you I thought you were a full grown man. But when you turned, I saw a boy, yet a man." I sighed, "I've been through a lot. I've fought in two wars many battles and I've lost everyone. I lost my friends my love, my mother, and countless others. My only friend who has been through just as much as me and even more is who knows where and Uncle Bruce is in a coma because I waited to long." I held my hands together to stop the shaking. "You saw a very tired soldier." His eyes softened yet the didn't hold pity. I couldn't tell what they held, but I was glad it wasn't pity. "You have more demons than a elderly soldier. Here." He handed me a card, "Anytime you need someone to talk to, I'm here." With that he got up and left. I looked at the card.
T'challa
King of Wakanda.

I was baffled. He's a king! I shook my head and put the card in my pocket. I sighed and decided I better start taking care of myself. I got up and went to shower properly. I could tell I was going to call him soon and that we were going to get along just fine.T'challa POV
When I left I felt like the boy would be calling soon. I didn't pity him exactly, I just felt something for him. He is a very tired soldier who just wants peace but can't get it because not only is he the hero but his demons scream at him. His demons scare him so bad that he throws up. He want peace but is too tired to fight for it. I went to Captain Rogers to ask him about Percy. By what he meant by what he said. I was asking how much he's lost. "Captain? What does young Percy mean by he's fought in two wars?" Captain Rogers stopped what he was doing and sighed. "You might want to sit down." Once I did he told me. I soaked up every word he said. I was going to help him get through his demons. Captain told me about his father, his relatives, his home, his life. He told me about his quests, and all the enemies he's made. About his torture and loss. About his scars that apparently line his body. About his ex-stepfather who abused him. He told me about his love who he lost, his friends who were killed, his mother who was murdered, and lastly about his friend who is nowhere to be found but is still alive.
I sat back in my chair when he was done. "His title is Percy Achilles Jackson, son of Poseidon, retriever of the Master Bolt, retriever of the Golden Fleece, survivor of the Labyrinth, holder of the sky, bane of Kronos, praetor of Camp Jupiter, retriever of the twelfth legions eagle, survivor of Tartarus, and bane of Gaea. Blessed by Lady Hestia and Lady Aphrodite." I sighed. He was one heck of a guy. I ran through everything that Captain told me. His eyes, now that I think about it, were so tired. His eyes told his story. His demeanor told his weariness. His scars told his nightmares. Yet, his voice said he was fine. He knew he was a hero and he knew that heroes aren't allowed to have a break. He knows that he can't show his brokenness. He knows that if he gives up, everyone else does too. He knows he's a leader and he knows that he isn't allowed to show anything other than courage, bravery, loyalty, strength, skill, and his smarts. He know the standards of a hero and that's all he knows how to live by. He won't show his weariness. He won't tell you he needs help. He won't show you anything but a hero. And if you can see through his facade, you are his hero. If you can tear down his walls, he will be the best friend, or companion you will ever have. His loyalty is sacred. His compassion is a gift. His love, is the world. His kindness is everywhere. "I am de-"I was cut off by JARVIS, "Sir Dr. Banner is flatlining."
