Caitlin walked down the long hallway towards the door of the Director Of Magical Security. Its been about a year or so after the odd man named Newt and his suitcase full of monsters were in New York. Percival Graves wasnt really him, it was Grindlewald. Graves was kept as Grindlewalds prisonor for all those months. Caitlin felt bad for the man, but he didnt want her pity, he didn't want anyones pity. He ignored most of his coworkers, and stayed to himself, not trusting anyone anymore.

Caitlin stood in front of the door, a notebook in one hand and a warm coffee in the other. She knocked on the door with her notebook hand and waited. The door unlocked and it slowly opened. Graves, however, didnt look up from his paperwork. (Grindlewald did little to no paperwork at all.) "Hello, sir, Ive brought you a nice cup of coffee." She smiled warmly at him before walking over to him and setting the cup in front of him. After a moment of silence, Caitlin sighed softly and opened the notebook and pulled an invitation out. She set it beside the coffee and left the room.

Percival Graves

Graves raised any eyebrow at the cream-colored envelope and wrapped his hand around the coffee, he took a sip and a small smile played onto his lips. He wouldnt admit it but Caitlin made the best coffee, he didnt know how she did it.

The day moved on slowly and soon, he packed his stuff to go home and locked up his office before heading out.
The cold, winter air bit at his nose as he walked down the sidewalk, a scarf that was wrapped around his neck did little to prevent the cold wind hitting his lips. He stopped at an intersection and cars zoomed by, he heard a laugh and looked over to see Caitlin with the Goldstein sisters.

He turned his head back to the zooming cars just as Queenie noticed and she smiled sympathetically to him.

Soon he made it home and unlocked the door, rushing in. He set his suitcase on his table, the lights were off but a small lamp in the corner of the small dining area. He leaned against the counter and sighed tiredly.

After a few minutes of silence, he pushed himself away from the counter and walked towards his room, pulling at his tie, loosening it. He took his shoes off and fell onto his bed. Falling asleep soon after.

"Hey, Caitlin. What are your thoughts on Mr. Graves?" Queenie asked after seeing the man a few moments before. "You should know. You tend to read my mind all the time." The taller woman replied laughing a bit and then shrugged. "I dont know. Hes a smart man. But after what happened, he isnt himself anymore. He is still hurting." She replied and Tina gave Queenie a look, "Caitlin, you seem to care about him, a lot. Have you thought about helping him?" She asked and Caitlin looked at her, "Well, yeah. But he wont even look at me. I bring him coffee everyday." She said looking between the two sisters, "Well, don't give up Sweetie." The blonde sister said patting her back. "He will let you in soon enough. Just be there for him. Listen to him." Tina said and Caitlin gave them hugs. "Thank you." She said smiling at them.

The next morning, Caitlin brought Mr. Graves his coffee. She knocked on the door and it opened. "Good morning, Mr. Graves! How are you?" She asked and set the cup in front of him. He slowly looked at her and nodded. "Fine, Miss. Breanna. How are you?" He asked just above a whisper. She smiled warmly, "Im doing great." She replied and grabbed a packet of papers he finished going through and signing. "I hope you have a wonderful day." She said smiling and walked out of the office, shutting the door behind her.

That afternoon, Caitlin sat with the Goldstein sisters for lunch. "How is he?" Tina asked and Caitlin smiled, "He talked a bit but I didnt want to scare him so I took some papers he filled out and told him to have a great day." She said and took a bite of her food, Queenie clapped happily. "Great start." She said happily and Caitlin smiled.

Percival didnt eat lunch, he wanted to keep himself busy. To distract him from the outside World. From Him.

"You really think you can lose me? Percy, you have so much to learn."

Grindlewalds voice laughed throughout his head and Percival growled. "Get out." He said under his breath and tried to focus on the paper in front of him.

There was a laugh again and Grindlewalds voice came again.

"You cant ignore me, Percival. You cant hide."

Caitlin's shift ended and she was ready to get home and make a good dinner and read a book.

She slipped her coat on, she opened her office door and walked down the hall. Caitlin hummed softly as she look at the random newspaper clippings hung in frames on the wall. (They were the most important or the biggest news throughout history of the U.S.) She paused at one and read the familiar words that she stopped to read every day. In big bold letters it said:

GELLERT GRINDELWALD HAS ESCAPED!

She sighed to herself, this evil man somehow escaped prison, captured, and tortured Percival. Like she told Queenie, hes still hurting.

Caitlin was pulled from her thoughts when she heard a door close shut. "Mr. Graves! Hello." She said smiling at the man, he jumped and looked at her. "Good evening, Miss. Breanna." He said and she walked up to him, still smiling. "Did you get some paperwork done?" She asked, trying to lighten the mood a bit. He nodded and began to walk, Caitlin quickly followed. "Thats wonderful! I need to take some pictures for my article for the newspaper." She replied looking at her notebook and opened it to the bookmarked page, showing him some of the picture ideas she had written down.

He read over a few of them, "A lot of them are flowers." He said and opened the front door to the building and she nodded, thanking him when he let her walk out first. "Yup! Its an article about different flowers that bloom throughout the year. Silly, I know, but I like writing about anything and everything." She chuckled as she closed the notebook. "Well, Im looking forward to reading it." He said and she smiled warmly.

Percival and Caitlin walked down the sidewalk towards her apartment. He offered to take her home which she happily accepted, she enjoyed his company.

Once they reached her front door, she gave him a smile. "Thank you for walking me home." She said and he returned the smile, it was the first real smile of his. "Would you like to come in for dinner? I didnt see you today during lunch break." She gave him a worried look. He opened his mouth to politely decline but she interrupted him, "I can make coffee." She offered smiling. He chuckles lightly and nodded. Following her into her home.
