The next morning, Caitlin came to work and bumped into Queenie who smiled. "Did you kiss yet?" She asked and Caitlin playfully rolled her eyes, "No." She said and the blonde pouted.

Caitlin knocked on Percival's door, and the door opened. She walked in, feeling a slight warmth fill her cheeks, remembering last night. "Good morning, Percival." She said setting the coffee on his desk. "Good morning, Caitlin. Sleep well?" He replied, setting his pen down. "I did. What about you?" She asked sitting in one of the chairs in front of his desk. "I did." He sipped his coffee. "Any plans for Thanksgiving?" She asked, and he shook his head. "Well, Queenie and Tina are having dinner and said I could bring someone. Would you like to come?" Percival smiled warmly and accepted the offer.

Caitlin smiled warmly and stood up, "Ive got to get back to work. Ill see you for lunch?" She asked hopefully and he nodded. "Of course."

****

"Is he coming?" Tina asked as they sat in their usual spot and Caitlin nodded excitedly. Queenie clapped happily, "Here he comes." She said taking a bite of her food. Caitlin turned and smiled when Percival reached them. "Hello, ladies." "Hi!"

****

"You know, you're boring."

"Wow, I havent noticed." Percival replied, squeezing his eyes shut.

"Why havent you guys kissed yet?"

"Shut up." He replied looking up at the not real Grindelwald who sat in the seat Caitlin sat in earlier that day.

The Grindelwald rolled his eyes.

"Good evening, Percival." Caitlin said when they met up in the hallway. "Hello, Caitlin. This time, would you like to come over for dinner?" He asked and she nodded, feeling her cheeks warm up.

-

"Sorry if my apartment isnt as lively as yours." He laughed as he turned the lights on in his plain apartment. "Its okay." Caitlin said following him in and looking around. "Im cooking this time." He said putting their coats away and lead her to the kitchen. "Are you sure? Ill gladly help." She offered, but he shook his head. "Wine?" He asked rolling up his sleeves while looking at drinks he had. "Sure. I haven't had wine in a while." She spoke while sitting at the kitchen bar, trying not to look at his arms. He poured wine in two glasses and handed her one.

After dinner, they moved to the living room, laughing and drinking. The clock chimed and Caitlin seen the time. "I should get going." She said setting the empty glass down on the table. "I should walk you home, its late." Percival replied, pushing his hair out of his eyes. "No, its okay." She stood up but sat back down, holding her head. "You okay?" He asked worried. "Now I know why I havent had wine in a while. Bad headaches." She chuckled softly. "You can stay here for the night." He offered, "Are you sure? I dont want to intrude or anything." She said and he shook his head. "Dont worry about it. You can take my bed and you can have one of my shirts to sleep in." He said and she thanked him.

He led her to his room and gave her an old pj shirt to wear. "Thank you again. I can sleep on the couch." She said feeling bad but he simply smiled, tucking a piece of hair behind her ear. "No worries." He said and moved to his closet pulling an extra blanket and pillow out. "Sleep well." He said, "Sleep well." She replied and he shut the door softly.

She allowed the blush to fill her cheeks, the smile never leaving her face as she dressed. She set her clothes on a nearby chair and climbed into the bed, the smell of him hitting her nose. She fell asleep instantly.

The next morning, Percival woke to the smell of food and coffee. He sat up from the couch and rubbed his neck. He stood up and made his way to the kitchen. Caitlin was making plates and pouring coffee, still in his shirt. She turned and smiled at him. "Good morning, sunshine. Hungry?" She asked putting the plates on the table.

"Thank you, Caitlin." He said sitting at the table. "No problem." She replied sitting and began eating.

-

Caitlin got dressed and made Percivals bed while Percival showered. She decided to clean the kitchen and living room as well. "You didnt have to clean." Percival said and Caitlin looked at him, what she was gonna say, disappeared and she blushed. Percivals hair was wet and in front of his face, his shirt was tucked in but his vest was unbuttoned. He chuckled and moved closer, "You okay?" He asked, the smiled never leaving his face. She blushed and nodded, returning his smile.

Their eyes connected, the world around them disappeared. She began to look away but he lifted her chin and their eyes reconnected.

They slowly began to lean in, Caitlin began to close her eyes and soon enough, their lips met. She wrapped her arms around Percival's neck. His arms wrapped around her waist, pulling her closer.

They pulled away, out of breath. They stayed close, Caitlin couldn't help the smile that appeared on her face and Percival returned it.
