Caitlin walked back into her apartment, Queenie and Tina gave her grins. "What?" She asked, "What was he doing here?" Queenie asked as she sipped her drink. "Nothing, we had dinner and talked." Caitlin shrugged. "You guys are so cute together." Queenie said happily, Caitlin rolled her eyes and went to check on Credence.

The boy was on the couch asleep, both his bowl and cup empty and sat on the floor. "We are gonna go darling. We will come by tomorrow." Queenie whispered and Caitlin nodded. "Can you let them know I wont be coming in?" She asked and she nodded and walked towards the door. "Thank you, Caitlin." Tina smiled and Caitlin nodded. "No problem."

Once the sisters left, Caitlin tooks the dishes to the sink and went to the living room to wake Credence. "Credence, dear. Lets get you into a bed." She smiled and he nodded sleepily.

He followed her down the hallway and to a guest bedroom. "I can get more blankets." She offered, "It gets pretty cold throughout the night." She said grabbing more blankets and pillows from the closet.

She laid them on the bed neatly and let Credence climb in. "I will have to get some new and warmer clothes for you." She commented and pulled the blankets over him. She gave him a smile. "I will be right across the hall if you need anything okay?" She said as she set his shoes to the side and made sure the window was shut all the way, to keep the winter air out.

He nodded as she gave him another smile. "Thank you, Miss." He said softly and Caitlin chuckled. "Call me Caitlin." She said and turned the lamp off. "Good night." She said and left the door a crack.

The next morning, Caitlin went to the nearby store to get some clothes for Credence (She guessed his size and would take them back if they didn't fit the boy) then after, she stopped by a new bakery that was around the corner from the store. She bought some food and left.

Caitlin walked into her home a bit later, the sun just over the horizon. She smiled and set the food down on the table. The other bag in hand, Caitlin walked to the guest bedroom and walked in. "Credence dear, time to wake up. I went out and bought some clothes for you. And I got breakfast." She said rubbing his back gently, the boy slowly opened his eyes and looked up at the woman. "Good morning sunshine." She smiled at him and held the bag up. "Ill leave you to change, if anything doesnt fit, keep the tags on and Ill take you to get proper clothes." She said and he nodded, sitting up and taking the bag from her outstretched hand.

Caitlin left the room and shut the door behind her. She went to the kicthen and set the table. She put the food on the two plates and moved her hand a bit, instantly the food began to steam, signaling that they were reheated. She smiled and pour glasses of orange juice.

While she waited for Credence, she walked to the living room and started a fire in the fire place. She hummed softly to herself as she cleaned a bit.

When Credence walked in with his new clothes on, Caitlin smiled at him. "They fit?" She asked and he nodded, "Hungry?" He nodded again anf she lead him to the kitchen. "Food is ready dear." She and sat in her chair, he sat in the other. They began to eat, Credence had never tasted food this good before. Mary Lou (or his adoptive mom) only gave him and the other orphans mushed food that didnt look too good.

Caitlin smiled more when she seen a small smile on his face. "I have to go by the office today." She said and he looked at her. "Do you think you will be fine her, by yourself?" She asked and he looked at his food and nodded. "Ill only be a few minutes." She said and he nodded.

After breakfast, Caitlin made a cup for Percival and waved to Credence, who sat on the floor reading a book about the history of magic in America.

Caitlin knocked on the door and it unlocked. "Hello, Percival." She smiled at him, he looked up and smiled. "Where were you this morning?" He asked happily taking the drink.

"I had to take care of Credence. I didnt want him to be at home alone." Caitlin replied, Percival's mood changed. "Is he alright?" He asked, setting the coffee down on his desk. "Of course not. Why would he be? Hes scared of you Percy."

"Hello? Percival?" Caitlin said after she realized he wasnt paying attenion, the man shook his head and looked at Caitlin. "Sorry, what did you say?" He asked paying attention now, "He is a bit shaken up but he is fine." She said, giving him an odd look. "Maybe, after he calms down, you can come over and properly meet him. To show him you are not mean like Grindelwald portrayed you as." Percival looked at Caitlin weirdly, "Are you sure?" He asked worried now, he didnt want to scare Credence. He worried something bad would happen.

Caitlin lifted her hand to his cheek and gave him a warm smile. "I will be there along with Queenie and Tina. If he reacts badly, we will be there to stop it and move him to another room." She said and he smiled at her. She pulled her hand away and walked to the door, "Ill see you tomorrow, Percival." She said and waved to him.

Percival jumped when he seen a shadow from the corner of his eye, it was the second time. "Aw, you like someone. How cute." Grindelwald said appearing in front of Percival. "How did you get out?" Percival asked surprised, "This is just an image of your mind. Im still stuck in that prison cell on supervision." He said shrugging and smirked at Percival, "Your mind is messing with you, Percy."
