Now its my birthday, Bailey and Tahani approached me to wear a dress. I try to go through the backyard but they didnt let me.

Now im confused

"Are you done?" Bailey said as i was on my bathroom wearing my white dress. "almost" i yelled then i opened the door and their jaw dropped "is it looked good?" i said twirling "perfect!" they said. Bailey does my hair and Tahani does my make up. Then Bailey's phone rang "hello... We are almost done... Were coming... Okay bye.." "okay thats enough we need to go through the backyard" Bailey said. They blindfolded me and helps me until we reach the backyard. I unfolded it and saw all the lew family, Jacob, the squads and their family and some banners, cakes,gifts and everything. Hello my names Jenna Wilson Lew Sartorius im 48 years old and i have 2 kids they are mid 20 years old and i have 3 grandsons and granddaughter. Me and Jacob broke up 5 years ago. I have a Cancer and its stage 4. If i die i just want to see Jacob and my family on my side.

"Dad we are here in mom's house" Jaden said shaking me. I woke up and we got off the car and saw our old house. We entered the house and saw my Squads they grew up so much. "Surprise!" they said i hugged them one by one. Then someone tapped my shoulder and its my Son "Dad i know youve been waiting her for a long time so here it is" he said signalling me to turn around. When i did i saw the most beautifull woman sitting on a wheel chair. I stared at her and she smiles at me. I walked in her direction and get on my knees and holding his cheek "hi" i said as i smile and letting a tear down. Then i stood up and pushed her wheel chair until we reach through the porch that you can see the montains and the whole world. I carried her and put him in a wooden chair i sat next to her. And studied her face.

Now this is it my last hi and my last goodbye and last seeing them. Im not scared to die until jacob and my family and squads are here with me. Im so thankful that the God gives me time to see you. "Jacob im sorry" i said sobbing he holds my hand tight "Dont be sorry, there nothing to worry about.. Jenna im sorry i broke my promises." he said i intertwined our hands and looked at his eyes "its okay, im so happy seeing you with our daughter and son. Before this im just wanna say thank you for being a good man, father, and a husband. Thank you for making happy anf make me feel special" i said wiping my tears but still sobbing "Jacob i cant breath" i laid my head on his shoulder and started sleeping
