Mai x Naru

The morning after felt like a haze. First seeing SPR close, locked and boarded up. Seeing Naru, Lin and Madoka pack. The day was going so slow, but the time for them to leave cams quick- to quick for their likings.

In the airport you could see everyone gathered, sending them off back to England.

"Boss! Don't leave me! I thought that you loved me?!" Yasu yelled out dramatically, pitting his hand over his chest squeezing it, and reaching out to Naru falling on his knees.

"Yasu! You know we're dating!" Mai smacked him on the head. Naru smirked at the scene.

"You better come back you here me Davis?! You better not hurt bou-chan!" Monk yelled at Naru, who silently nodded.

"I'll never hurt her Monk." Naru smiled gently.
"I'm not losing anyone anymore."

"You better! Treat her like a queen!"

"You stupid monk! Of course he's going to treat her right! They've been suppressing their feelings basically since we first met two years ago!" Ayako shouted out, throwing her purse at his head.

"Stop it you hold hag!"

Ayako and monk's argument drifted off as background noise. While the others made small chat.

"I'll be coming back soon, and sooner if there's an emergency." Naru said. He pulled Mai into a hug, holding her tightly, never wanting to let go of the previous thing he just got.

"You better text and call me Naru!"

"Of course Mai, I'm not an idiot."

Mai's face darkened at her boyfriend.

"The sooner I come back to drink your tea, the better..." he whispered in her ear, causing her to smile.

"I love you."

"I love you too." Then Naru took off his watch and placed it on her wrist. "No matter how much times passes before I come back, I'll love you." Naru lifted up her chin and kissed her deeply, for it would be the last time they would feel each other for months to come.

That last moment seemed to last forever and only a second at the same time. Mai was soon seeing Naru's retreating form to his plane.

Naru Pov 1 month

The funeral for Gene already passed and gone. Now I still have to take care of mother,
To make sure she's alright and ready for me leave once again. Madoka has never left her side unless it was for work, while Lin never left my fathers side at work. It's been hectic, since I've been lecturing again at Campridge.

"Dr. Davis!!" A shrill shriek answered me as I opened the lecture room.
"Will you go out with me?!" A women, with long blonde hair and blue eyes met me. She was nothing compared to Mai.

"No." My immediate reply. Few others snickered at her.

"Ah! Why not?!" Her squeaky voice was starting to get annoying and I am lot able to have Mai's tea.

"For one I have a girlfriend. Two it is not appropriate for a teacher to date their students. Now if that's enough of your nonsense, please leave if you have no interest in this course."

"Dr. Davis! What is she like? Is she a psychic?" A male student asked.

"Yes. She is a Latent ESP, clairvoyant- she can dream of the events of things, she atrial projects when she's asleep, able to move thing through spirit form and a few more..." Makes a tea that practically is impossible not to love that it's supernatural....
