As a result of the ending of the last chapter, it seems vital to bring something to everyone's attention, and I apologize to those who didn't cause such an announcement to be made, and to those who did and get a bit upset over my bringing it up, you may leave and not return to reading this story.
I apologize for having to be as blunt as this, but there's a reason.
The ending of the last chapter was a means of showing the thought process behind Matthew's hope for being an adult, like he actually is.
If you return to chapter two, Matthew is asked his age.
"Physically, I'm only fifteen. Mentally though, I'm twenty-two."
Matthew is a grown man. Trapped in his child body due to his being murdered at that age.
The pedophilia accusations and comments about such, I'll have to ask to stop.
Such a thing is quite a sensitive topic to me, as I was fallen victim to a grown man from the school years of 3rd through 9th grade. Im in 11th, now.
I still. Under all circumstances, hate such things to be brought up around me.
I made a reply a week ago to a comment involving my being asked for it not to be that way, and today I had to repeat myself. So let me make this announcement.
Under no circumstances will this story ever contain any romantic relations between a child and a grown man.
The only way such things will ever be involved is a plan in which Matthew finds a way to tune into his adult self (I don't give a fuck about the spoiler alert.)
DO NOT accuse me of things that you do not have any understanding of. It was a means of WONDER. Nothing more.
If a child wondering about who he could be by using the only adult figure he's close to as a means of a reference bothers you, STOP READING.
