"James, Kira, Rin! Come help your mom and Misaki set the table for dinner!" Father called for the three of us as he walked down the hallway and to the kitchen.
"Coming!" I replied back before quickly hopping off the rails of my balcony and into my room. Running down the hallways and nearly bumping into every maid and butler on the floor.
"S-sorry!" I yelled back at them. Not slowing down in the slightest. Finally making it to the dining room. The chandelier catching the last rays of light from outside before the sun disappeared behind the horizon.
"Hey! Careful!" James warned me as I tripped a little.
"Yah, yah. I know." I dismiss his warning.
"I'm already eleven years old. You don't have to keep treating me like a kid." I stated in agitation.
"And I'm nineteen now. Your always going to be my little sister." James reminds me. I could sigh in defeat as we continued to set the table.
"Where's Rin? He was called here too right?" I ask James in confusion. James only looked around before sighing. He looked at me as I cocked my head to the side before pointing up at the chandelier.
"HOW THE HELL DID YOU GET UP THERE?!?!" I yelped in surprise as I watched Rin hang by his feet and wave at us from his high stakeout.
"Mom is going to have a fit when she sees this." James stated the obvious. I nodded in agreement. The two of us could only stare at our daredevil of a brother as he swung from the light. Luckily, dad walked in with Dawn before mom did.
Dad looked up at him before looking at the two of us, waiting for an answer. Setting the six year old down before looking back at his other two children on the floor.
"This is just as shocking to us as it is to you." I spoke up first, beating James to the point. He raised an eyebrow at me, making me nervously laugh in response.
"It's true." James backs me up. Gaining dads trust.
"Rin?" Dad asked the acrobatic boy, catching his attention.
"Yes~" Rin hummed back in response, almost pleased by his work. Dad glared at him a little before crossing his arms and tapping his right foot on the marble floor.
"You are a prince of this country, are you not?" Father continued on.
"Yes~" Rin hummed again. More cheerfully than before. Rin always loved to test dad. They've always had this sorta unique way of goofing off.
"Is a prince supposed to act with no manners?" Father asked in a more stern voice, startling me and James.
"Probably not." Rin replied without the hum in his voice, showing that he knew dad was getting serious now. Dad stopped tapping his foot and laughed a little.
"Then please, get out of that chandelier. If you do I'll take you to the lookout point tomorrow." Dad bribed him with a smile, making Rin laugh in response before he made his decent.
"You really don't have to. Your already busy enough as it is. Don't over do it, you'll make mom worry." Rin states as he walked over to us. He is the biggest rebel out of all four of us and is sixteen years old. He is still a prince in training and dislikes all the rules being placed on him.
"Kirwa!" Dawn softly tugged on my sky blue dress as she called my name.
"What's wrong?" I ask my sleepy lil sister as she rubbed her eyes.
"Where's.......where's momma." She asks as he looks up at me with curious green eyes.
"She'll be here in a minute. Let's wait at the table." I reassured the little girl.
"Ok." Dawn yawned as she followed me close behind. After everyone settled at the table and set everything, Misaki walked in with his wife and mom.
"Miagi!" Dawn attempted to say Misaki's name as he sat down at the table with Megan Lance.
"Long time no see." Misaki smiled as mother came through the doors from the kitchen.
"It's been too long." She happily replied back as she set the food down on the long table, before taking her rightful place beside father. Everyone seemed to be enjoying the food and the company of others. This went on for awhile before father stood up; tapping his glass to gain everyone's attention.
"I would like to have everyone's attention for a big announcement please." He started off. Misaki and mother were smiling as father spoke. Scarlet had even came to the dinner and stood by the doorway entrance to listen.
"I would like to thank everyone who helped contribute to the cause of the black war. Many lives were lost, but in the end, our freedom was won. For everyone who remembers that orphanage and the man who ran it. If it wasn't for Uncle Ben, these people wouldn't have been here and the war would still be here today. You know who you are; Ashley, Misaki, Scarlet, James and many others that lived there during the war. I would like to announce that we are opening it up once more to anyone still suffering from the black war." Father proudly announced to the people in the room. Misaki smiled, Mother stood up and hugged father tightly before kissing him. Scarlet looked as though she was going to cry, but smiled whole heartedly as everyone clapped and cheered father on.

Just what makes this place so special to these people anyways?
