First day school pt.2

Gabriel's POV

Rrrrrr,rrrrrrr. I shuffled a little bit in my bed I heard my alarm clock. I got up and tapped so it can shut off I mumbled to my self "Stupid alarm clock". I heard a knock at the door it was Angie she said opening the door "Hey don't you have school you better there in the bathroom in 10 seconds before -" I rushed past her with my towel and said "Thanks for the 10 second head start" I winked at her. "Hurry up I have morning classes" she said "OK" I said as I was closing the door. Angie was in her third year of university to be exact. Angie was my role model ever since I was in middle school she showed hard work ship always getting awards and she was great with sports. When she was in her last year of high school she got three scholarships. And she decided to go to the university for medical, biology studies. Even now she has part time job, a boyfriend and great grades. I always worked hard. Ever since 6th grade I got good grades and did not so ok  with sports only basketball really. People always bullied me because I was 'nerd' and because they didn't like that the captain of the basketball team was a teachers pet I would always come home with bruised arms, and black eyes. But there was Matty there for me when I need him. Two loud bangs at the door knocked me out of my thoughts "Hey are ok in there?" I heard Angie say from the other side. I got out wrapped my towel around my waist and grabbed my clothes and open the door and said "I'm fine" with a reassuring smile. I went to my room took my towel off and put on briefs put on blue jeans on shirt and low top all black vans. I put my hair in a messy way today, I put on my jean jacket on and headed down stairs. I saw mom making eggs and my dad already eating his breakfast "Good morning" I said sitting at the table "Hey sweetie" mom said "Good morning Gabe" my dad said. My mom asked me "Gabe do you want your eggs scrambled or sunny side up?" "Scramble please". Right when I said that Angie came down rushed and "Sorry I'm late gotta go" taking an apple and leaving. After about thirty minutes someone knocked on the door, I said "I'll get it" when I opened the door couldn't believe who I saw it was Matty. I screamed "Matty!!!!!!!". As I jumped him in a hug " Oof" he said "Gabe I've missed you so much " he said wrapping his arms around me. I got off him saying "you look well Matty" "Gabe what I've told stop calling me Matty, I'm not a little kid anymore". He asked " You ready for school? " "I'm ready now since your here" "Well let's go". I told my mom goodbye and closed the door and walked out. On the way Matty told me about what he did over the those three long years. Matty stopped walking, I turned back and said "What?" He said "Don't be surprised when I tell you this but
... I'm..... Gay". All I said was "ok". He asked "So your ok with this? Me being gay and all" I told him "Yes I'm ok with you being gay. As long as your happy I'm happy bro" he looked with relief and smiled, I smiled back."Shoot were going to be late" he grabbed my hand and in five minutes we were in front of  giant school named john Adams high school. This is it my new beginning

5 periods later ~

I had Matty in every class. The bell rung had I had gym next.
