Chapter Four
"Is she awake?"
"--F*ck that, all I care about is if she's okay--"
"I was just asking, goddammit--"
"Whatever, shut the hell up."
Two familiar male voices seemed to be heating up in the hospital room, and all unaware of my conscious but me, being too weak was too lazy to show it anyway. I started to then feel a hand, belonging to a third person, reach out to me, I could feel their face right up to mine and their breath and finger on my neck.
"--Excuse me. I hate to interrupt boys...Um, sirs. She has just awoken, she's going to okay, however she is very unstable and might be a bit slow." The third voice, a soft women's, assumably a nurse, announced over the guys.
I used all my energy to just groan agreeably with the lady.
"Oh, thank you, thank fu--" One of the guys' voice yelled out loudly, seeming relieved, but only to shut himself up as I heard a door click open.
"I'll come back for paperwork shortly." The woman seemed to slam herself out of the room.
"Dude, we should stop swearing, we were even freaking a nurse out. Although she's probably anal about swearing, or heavily Christian..."
"Oh, who cares Drew, Libby's alive and awake." A weight shifted onto my bed beside me and a hand grabbed mine warmly, "Libby, babe? Can you say something, do something?"
I tried to move, open my eyes, mumble, anything... But it was so slow... It seemed too difficult..
"I-I uh," I forced my words out of my mouth but they got curled up in my lips, "I feel like shit."
They chuckled, but it didn't last.
"Look, I'm just gonna say this. Because it's taking you too long, Morgan." Drew spat out impatiently and offensively towards Morgan, "We need to get you out of here. Now. They're asking for paperwork, information... Risky shit. Plus, not like you have a healthcare card to pay."
Morgan's hand gripped mine tighter, only to brace myself. I was dazed and weak enough to barely move my lips, but Drew was right... We'd-- especially me-- would get caught, no doubt about it. And I didn't want to go back home.

"We're here!" Drew's voice seemed to yell as it awoken me from my sleep. Somehow, instead of being cautious, I slept through the entire car trip.
Startled, I blinked and open my eyes. Drew's shit-box of a car was parked in some alleyway and I had no idea where I was-- but I, was too light-headed to care.
Getting out of the passengers' side, I stretched my arms and slammed the door closed, making sure my bag was on me. As the light flickered out, Drew locked the car manually around the other side.
"Where the hell have you taken me?" I mumbled out confused.
"I was waiting for that," He chuckled, unsurprised, "We're at my crap-excuse for a home... An apartment, really. Morgan should be around."
"Okay." I piped up when he mentioned Morgan, I kind of knew him, or at least he was a familiar person in this creepy place.
"And uh, we're in Braylink... You just sat in the car for three and a half hours, but you were to fricken busy snoring to notice."
I rolled my eyes, "Woah, rude dude. But hey, at least it's far from home." I flickered my eyes up to the nearby buildings.
"Oh yeah, on many levels. Nothing like it."
