Chapter 42

Jade's P.O.V

I was so happy and relieved to be back with George. I rested my head on his chest and looked out the window as we headed back to the hotel.

We pulled into the car park and got out the car before saying 'Thank You' to Officer Brown and Officer Nicholas.

"Your Welcome" They replied as they drove off.

"Come on then" George said as he grabbed my hand.

"Where we going? The hotel entrance is over there" I said as we walked the opposite way from the hotel.

"Don't you want to get something to eat?"

"Oh yeah" my mouth filled with water from the thought of proper food.

"What shall we get?"

I thought long and hard and finally chose Pizza. "Pizza!" I said.

"Right, let's go then" George replied as he took my hand and walked into the direction to the pizza place.

We reached the pizza shop and looked up at the menu overhead of the workers behind the counter.

"What one should we get?"

"Hawaiian. I think everyone will like that"

"Okay then" George replied as he walked over to a worker, still clutched onto my hand. "Can we have a large Hawaiian pizza please?"

"Sure, that will be 20€" she replied as she held out her hand for the money. "Thank you" she replied as George handed her the money.

We sat down at a table and none of us said a word.

"I'm so happy that I've got you back" George said breaking the silence between us.

"I missed you"

"Bet I missed you more"

"No chance" I said whilst we both giggled.

"Your pizza sir" the lady at the counter said.

We got up and took the pizza "Thank you" we both said at the same time.

We walked back to the hotel with George still clinging on to my hand.

"Are you going to let go of my hand?" I asked.

"I'm not going to risk losing you again"

"You won't" I replied.

We reached the hotel and headed up to our room where everyone was waiting. George unlocked the door and we both walked in. Everyone came running up to me and hugged me in a massive group hug.

"Aw, I have missed you all"

"We have missed you too" Cat replied as she squeezed me tighter.

"Er guys? The pizza is going to get cold" George said breaking everybody up as he walked into the kitchen and grabbed plates and cups.

We all sat down on the floor in a circle in front of the TV. We each grabbed a slice and placed it onto our plates.

I sat next to George, George sat beside Josh, Josh sat next to JJ, JJ sat next to Cat, Cat sat next to Olly, Olly say next to Jaymi and Jaymi sat next to me, forming a perfect circle.

We all ate our pizzas and drank our drinks. We chatted about things that didn't include anything about what had happened. It felt better that way.

I didn't want to think or remind myself of that.
