Chapter 14

Jades P.O.V

Aw that was cute of George to make me breakfast but I honestly don't know what's up with him.

He's getting a bit too close to me and I don't know if I like it or not.

It's like last night when he told me he loved me and I had no idea what to say because I didn't know if I loved him back.

I mean he's a cute, fun boy but I just don't know if it will work out because I don't want to ruin the friendship we have if we ever break up.

I walked with George into the dining room and ate up my toast.

"Hey George, umm can we talk?" I asked finding it hard for the words to come out of my mouth.

"Yeah sure what about?"

"Umm, you know last night you told me you loved me. Did you mean that? Because you have been coming a bit too close with me lately"

"Jade I said that because I love you with all my heart. Since the day I met you I knew that we were going to be close friends. Jade I love you and your the only one I actually have properly loved for a very long time. I just want to tell people that your mine."

What just came out of George's mouth was so sweet I didn't know how to reply. I don't know if I love him though. We are close but I don't know if it was a boyfriend/girlfriend love feeling.

I was willing to give it a go. Seeing as it is George Perfect Shelley. His hair, his eyes, his face, his body. He was perfection right there.

"So.. Jade? Will you be my girlfriend. You don't have to if you don't want to! You can say n-"

I cut him off, ran into his arms and whispered "yes" into his ear.

He kissed me on my cheek which brought tingles down my spine.
