Chapter 14: The Final Battle

"How's mama's little fighter." Said the Prime as she walked back to base with Shockwave as they both saw Luna was awake and wailing her arms towards them.

"Tell mama what you just said." Causeway said as she looked at the sparkling in her arms as Firestar grabbed Luna into her arms.

"Mama!" She said as both Shockwave and Firestar looked shocked.

"You said, Mama!" The prime said as she threw Luna in the air and caught her again, this made Luna giggle as she looked at her father.

"Papa!" Shockwave's antennas flicked back as he reached over to Luna and cuddled close to her.

"Luna is just like her mother, developing fast." Said Ratchet as he stood right next to Causeway. Just then Firestar noticed Fowler come out from the office that he had within the base. Shockwave took Luna in his arm as both he and Firestar made their way toward the Agent.

"Prime." Agent Fowler said as he gave her a single nod to which she return before shifting his direction to Shockwave.

"It's a pleasure to meet you Shockwave, I heard you are a scientist." Fowler said as Shockwave gave him a single nod.

"Fowler I can explain..." Firestar said before Fowler silenced her with a hand in the air.

"No need, I heard the story and the argument you had with your father. And word of advice don't yell so no one knows your business. Now, where is the kiddo, congratulations on becoming a mother Firestar." Agent Fowler said as Firestar looked at Shockwave who brought out Luna so Fowler can see. He made an awed face before he composed himself.

"I see similarities of both you and Shockwave in her, and is she also a Prime?" Fowler asked as the parents looked at each other before looking back at Fowler.

"We hadn't seen Luna develop any powers yet to know for sure or anything that was similar to my uprising. Just the fact she is developing fast like I did when I was her age." Firestar said, as she picked up her daughter and looked at her. Luna just giggled as her mother made a weird face at her.

"But you did make her, and you came from a Prime. So does that technically make her a Prime..." Fowler said as he raised an eyebrow. Just then Luna became to huff and puff and then let out a huge sneeze that made her disappear in a blue cloud. Firestar stood there for a minute shocked trying to process what just happened as both Shockwave and Fowler looked around to see where the young one went.

"Well, now we know she possesses powers." Firestar commented as she started to look for her sparkling. Shockwave told Ratchet and Causeway that his sparkling went missing when she sneezed. The two bots joined the hunt, as Fowler looked from the balcony to see if he can see anything from above. Optimus was making his way back to base when Luna appeared in front of him in a blue cloud. She was sitting upright and giggled at the sight of him, Optimus picked her up as her arms wailed in excitement.

"Opti!" She said, making the older Prime smile. As he began to tickle his grandsparkling, she laughed as he remembered his sparkling at this age.

"Looks like you possess abilities just like your carrier, huh little one?" Optimus said as he threw her in the air a couple of times before she started to flap her wings and started to fly. Optimus smiled as he grabbed her from the air and looked at her.

"Let's take you back to your carrier, Luna Prime." Optimus said as he made his way back to base to see the bots flipping every piece of structure trying to find Luna. The older Prime cleared his throat pretty too loud to grab their attention.

"Luna!" Firestar said as she rushed over to her father and picked her up in her arms.

"You mean Luna Prime..." Optimus said as Firestar turned to face her father trying to make sure she heard exactly what she heard. Causeway smiled as she could tell her sparkmate now respects Firestar's life.
