CHAPTER ONE: A CHALLENGE

Logan stared out at the crowded parking lot, her hands placed on either side of the steering wheel as she sat and waited, for nothing in particular. Her hair was in a messy bun on top of her head and her purple painted nails tapped on the leather of the wheel.

She wasn't sure why she was feeling so nervous all of a sudden, rarely did she ever feel like this before the beginning of a show but she guessed it was because the lack of being in a ring for awhile.

She had found herself worrying about the little things, almost eating her up inside. She often thought that her old attire would not fit her anymore like it used too, or the fans would not like her as much.

But despite these negative things crawling around in her head, She was beyond excited to be reunited with some of her best friends, Sasha and Bayley. She laughed slightly, remembering their times on the road together, singing away to Ariana Grande in the car like it was a late night karaoke session.

They would kill her if they knew she was here right now and never told them.

"Alright, c'mon.. you can't just stay in here.." She thought to herself as she checked herself one last time before getting the courage to leave her vehicle and start walking towards the arena.

She pulled her maroon hood up and pulled her sunglasses down to shield her face away from the growing crowd behind the metal barricade that lead up to the entrance of the arena where the staff and superstars would stroll in. The crowd would usually start forming around 5pm, fans hoping to catch a glimpse of their favorite superstars walking into the building before their doors opened.

Logan wasn't particularly caring if people had recognized her at all, in fact she loved the attention that she had brought onto herself, and the love that she received from the crying fans. But, tonight, Kurt asked her to keep a low profile to surprise everyone of her debut.

Logan lifted her sunglasses from her eyes when she approached the security, and when he had recognized her, he opened the door.

After making her way into the arena, she was directed by one of the backstage personnel to where Mark Carrano was, whom she had a meeting with before she got ready tonight. Mark was the Senior Director of Talent Relations.

"Miss Jane, It is so nice to see you," Mark said as she approached, putting the sunglasses on top of her head.

Logan shook his extended hand after she put her coffee cup on the nearby table. "It's so nice to see you, Carrano." She replied with a smile.

"Mark is fine," He shook off the proper name like it was nothing and gestured for her to sit down after closing the door behind her. "I brought you in here to talk about your debut. It will take place in Card 4." He informed her on her schedule.
