*Isiah POV*
I sped up as fast I could, this can not be the day she gets hurt. The truck nipped the end of our car causing us to spin and hit a couple of parked cars. She looked at me, her eyes spilling over with worry.
After stopping, the guy in the truck left the scene before anything could be charged. I didn't even care to get his plates, Pipper was the only thing running throughout my mind.
She saw me after getting out of the car and ran up to me, practically jumping. Her poor heart must be scared, I grabbed her and never wanted to let go for as long as my lungs breathed air.
I felt her heart beating stronger than mine ever has in my life. Moving the hair from her cut forehead, the blood had stained her shiny blonde hair. "Aw thank you honey. Are you okay?"
Looking at the concern rising up in her startled body, "We will be love."
After 20 minutes pass we arrive home. Pulling up I immediately notice the window on the door is shattered. Looking to the right the bedroom window was shattered in pieces.
"Pipper call 911 and get down to the dashboard, now," I sternly command. Quietly opening my door and closing it, I turn the broad corner that leads to the front door. The large grey door was jammed and unable to be opened. Hearing them rumble through every memory and item Pipper and I have created and earned is tearing me apart.
*Pipper's POV*
"P-Please hurry," the words stutter out of my mouth to 911. After giving the address, I hang up. Looking a little into the window, the bathroom window is shattered as a tall man wearing sweatpants and a dark grey sweater jumps out. 'Oh no. He's going to go for Isaiah.' Just as my mind races this thought around, the man reaches to his ankle and...
