Finally they made it to an open place. Now if Ichirohiko found them, they could help him better than before. Since there was no people in the way, and there was no buildings either.
Suddenly they heard some noise, right when they stopped running.
"There he is" Kyuta said
Sakumi looked up from panting and saw Ichrohiko a good distance away. Then he disappeared.
"Where'd he go?" Sakumi mumbled as they looked around for him.
"what's that?" Kaede asked
They looked at the ground and saw blue spots appearing under them. Suddenly, a giant blue whale popped out of the ground and into the air
"Move! Get out of the way!" Sakumi yelled as she pushed them to run to the side, right when the whale went back down. Then she heard something else, "Watch out!" she yelled as she grabbed their arms, stopping them right when the whale jumped form the side and into the air.
"you should go now" Kyuta told Kaede, "Since he's after me, he won't notice, Sakumi take care of her"
Right when the fox girl nodded her head, Keade ran forward and stood under the whale, "Keade!" Kyuta and Sakumi yelled.
"What is it that you want? To hunt down your enemy and rip him apart?" she yelled at the whale, "Do you really think that'll make you happy? You may look like some big monster, nut you're just a human after petty vengeance!" she continued, "Don't you get it, we all carry darkness inside us! Ren does, and so do I! Even Sakumi carried it! It's not just you!"
'Kyuta must have explained everything to her on the train' Sakumi thought, ready to move, if needed.
"But we can fight back!" she continued, "I'm fighting it right now, and believe me it isn't easy. But you didn't even try, you just let it swallow you up. And that makes you weaker than us!" Sakumi looked up at the whale and saw that it was coming down with it's mouth open, "You're not going to win, do you hear me!"
The whale 'roared' as it started coming down.
"Let's go" Sakumi yelled as she grabbed her and jumped out of the way, right when the whale slammed down.
They all landed a few feet away. Kyuta made sure that Kaede and Sakumi were alright then he ran straight in front of the whale.
"Come back Ren!" Kaede called as Sakumi held her back.
"Ichirohiko look!" Kyuta yelled as he took out his sword. His hole opened up, "I'm going to take the darkness from you, into myself!" Kyuta started to unsheathe his sword as the whale got closer to him.
Sakumi saw something fly off Kyuta. "Chico!" she called as Keade caught him.
"Ren, Stop!" Keade yelled realizing what he's going to do
"No, Kyuta!" Sakumi yelled
"Kyuta!" they heard. Then a flaming sword landed between Kyuta and the whale, right before he could swallow up the whale.
"what is that?" Sakumi asked
"Kyuta!" someone yelled, they looked up and saw the beasts, "That sword is Kumatetsu!" Tatara yelled
"he thought you might need some help, so he reincarnated into that sword" Hyakushubo explained
"That's him?" Kyuta asked, shocked at what he had just heard.
"He chose what to become!" Tatara yelled, "he said he'll be the sword in your soul!"
"The sword in my soul?" Kyuta repeated as he remembered when Kumatetsu told him that.
"You have one don't you?"
"You don't make any sense""How much clearer do I have to make it for you? You grab the sword that's in your soul"
The sword floated up and a lined itself to Kyuta's darkness. It made it's way into his darkness, closing it as it went in. Sakumi watched amazed as Kyuta started crying. Suddenly, they heard a voice coming from Kyuta.
"Kyuta!" Kumatetsu yelled, "What are you doing, you know I hate crybabies!"
Kyuta wiped his tears, "Shut up, I'm not crying!" he yelled back
Sakumi chuckled sadly at them, 'no what the situation, those two will never change' she thought. Then her eyes widened, "Kyuta watch out!" she yelled when she saw the whale getting closer to him.
When the whale was close to Kyuta, 'the sword in his soul' repelled it, sending Ichirohiko backwards.
"Now get ready" Kumatetsu said as Kyuta sheathed his sword
"Be careful" Keade said as she and Sakumi watched from a safe distance
"please" Sakumi muttered
They watched as Ichirohiko disappear and reappear, only to have the whale jump up behind him. That's when Sakumi noticed, Ichirohiko appears in human form right before the whale jumps out each time. Kyuta had to have noticed too, since he go in a stance. Sakumi was honestly worried about what Kyuta was gonna do. After what he was gonna do at first, she didn't know what he would do now.
Suddenly, Kyuta dashed forward, unsheathing his sword. It by fast that Sakumi didn't see what he did. Ichirohiko cried in pain as the whale wailed (I don't know how else to do word it). Then the whale turned into blue sparkles.
Sakumi gaped at all the sparkles floating down. Then she looked at where Kyuta was. He was looking down at something.
"Ichirohiko!" she called as she ran to him
"You stupid human" he mumbled, "I hate you"
Sakumi knelt down and moved Ichirohiko to lay on her lap
"Ichirohiko, you and I are the same" Kyuta said as he untied the red thread around his wrist, "we were raised by beasts, but born with human hearts" he said as he tied the red thread around Ichirohiko's wrist.
"Oh Ichi" Sakumi said as she hugged the human boy close to her. The other beats climbed down the building and walked over to her and helped carry Ichirohiko back to beast world.

Ichirohiko groaned as he opened his eyes to the sound of a bell ringing and birds chirping. Then he noticed that he wasn't in his room. He sat up and took a look around to make sure.
"This isn't my bedroom" he mummbled, "where am I?" he asked no one in particular, Then he saw the three figures at the foot of the bed, "Father, Mother, Jiromaru" he said, "what are we doing here?" he asked, "I remember going to the arena, but" Ichirohiko groaned when he felt his head hurt. That's when he noticed the red thread around his wrist. "This is Kyuta's" he mumbled.
The sun started shining brighter, catching his attention. That's when he noticed Sakumi sleeping on the chair in the corner.
"Sakumi" he whispered
Her ears twitched when she heard her name being called. She fluttered her eyes open and looked at Ichirohiko. She gasped when she saw that he was awake and tears made their way to her eyes.
Ichirohiko blinked in confusion and gasped when she suddenly jumped on him.
"Ichirohiko!" she cried as she hugged him, waking his parents and Jiromaru. "I'm so glad you're ok!" she cried
Ichirohiko looked confused, until last night flashed through his head. His confused look changed to one of sadness. He hugged Sakumi close to him as she cried on his shoulder.
"I'm sorry Sakumi" he mumbled
"From now on you're not allowed to keep anything from us" Sakumi said as she held his cheeks.
Ichirohiko chuckled and nodded his head, "ok"
With that Sakumi kissed him and her tail wrapped around them as his parents and Jiromaru smiled at them.
(woah...........I made it....I can't believe it. I think there's still one more chapter people so just be patient)
