Most littles are very insecure and require constant validation. As a caregiver or mummy/daddy it is your job. Some ways you can make a little feel validated (like parking? NO) can include:
Telling them, be direct with your approach. Remind them that they are loved and that you'll always support them in everything that they do.
Playing with them. Make them feel like you want to be with them constantly.
Doing what they want to. Not always, but sometimes ask what they want to do. This will make them feel like you care about their wants and needs.
Making them your highest priority. This makes them feel needed and important, putting them first is a one way ticket to them loving you.It is your job to make them feel good. Without you, a little is nothing, and that is very bad.
