Jazzmin was nearly recovered and everyone seemed to settling in quite well. There was still a quick tension in the air, however. Stephanie,Caitlin and Erik seemed to be getting along with everyone just fine. Cracking jokes at dinner, helping out with one another, going on supply runs together.
Phin just seemed out of place. He was thankful for Hershel's effort to fix Jazzmin up, and the fact her recovery wasn't going downhill, it made him trust the old man a whole lot more. But there were a tiny percentage of people he still didn't trust, and the small majority of people he did trust.
There was Rick Grimes, who seemed to be the leader of the group. He was obviously experienced when it came to assault weapons and he, for one - unlike Shane Walsh, knew how to control his anger. His entire group was trustworthy as far as Phin could throw them. It was just Shane.
Phin could even say that Hershel's family was reliable, they had food and shelter, as well as medication. They were no longer delusional when it came to walkers, which everyone especially Rick was thankful for, even if they still refused to use weapons.
Maggie was a tough shell to crack but after spending a few hours with her, she was a complete sap and sweetheart. Just like her younger sister, Beth Greene, well...sort of.
Daryl Dixon, knew how to work a crossbow. He was damn reliable and knew how to hunt, barely fell on his ass. But he was a loner mostly - especially after the loss of his brother, to which Phin could understand. They'd only spoke a few times, but Phin could pinpoint they were on pretty good terms.
Carl Grimes was Rick's son and just a few years younger. He was reliable too, and just as fearless as the others, he wore his fathers hat and carried around a revolver. Wasn't afraid to stick it in your face either. Kid had guts.
At first, there was Glenn - there was no actual reason to not trust him. He seemed like the brains of Rick's group, and had admitted he'd come to terms with the fact the world had turned to shit and there was no looking back. He could probably take him off the invisible list. But, he was flirting with Erik the second they stepped foot on Hershel's farm. But after a while, Phin told himself stop bitching and just move on.
Erik was a lady, and a badass one that could handle herself perfectly fine.
If he was going to be honest, the only person he couldn't really bring himself to trust was Shane. Shane Walsh, an ex Deputy Sheriff. He was hotheaded and so far up his ass. That when Rick suggested they scout out the area, Shane threw a 10 minute speech about the possibility of losing even more people, right in his face.
Phin had no intentions of getting in his way, it didn't matter if he was good with guns, he wanted nothing more than to shove his face in the dirt and make him eat shit.
