I like the name Finch- it is very creative and original

The age is good, he is an apprentice
Appearance: Light brown/ Dark cream yellow eyes, white smudge on nose and white splash on chest, One white stocking on front leg. Short hair.
This is a great description, the only thing that might be a problem is that it doesn't specify which front leg has the white stocking on it
Gender: Tom
This is good
Personality: He is optimistic and wants to do what's best for his Clan. He loves to train and wants to do his best.
Nice, but I think he needs more development in this area
Strengths: he is small but can jump well, excellent to being on time to a training session
I like his strengths, they are pretty original
Weaknesses/Flaws:he over trains and is naive. He often exhausts himself and not good at reading others emotions
I feel like something is missing here or it doesn't line up properly... maybe it's because optimistic and naive doesn't go very well together
Backstory: He doesn't have one right now, but I might one up for him later
This is probably this character's biggest problem. I understand that he is young and hasn't done very much yet but its good to have something here, you can put anything; siblings or what season he was born in, or future events
Overall I like him his biggest problem is he has no backstory, which is easy to fix
