Appearance: Oakstar has dark brown fur with stripes and a lighter brown underbelly with amber eyes, a large scar on his right shoulder, and long fur.

Personality: He's a wise old cat with tons of loyalty and he's clever but can be emotional at times, and can't swim so good and knows that death might just be around the corner

Backstory: Oakkit was born during leafbare, almost dying from greencough. Always a reckless kit, he sometimes snuck out of the nursery. His mother, Willowflight, had never noticed him sneaking out though. As an apprentice his mother started aging as he did, (to be continued..)
I'm kind of sad this is incomplete. The part where he is reckless contradicts his personality and there is no explaination why..
Overall, i like the character, he is realistic and well explained, (except for the incomplete backstory) good job.
