Storm is a little overused but it should be fine, -frost is a cool suffix to add to it though.
Age: 29 moons (50 at death)
Age seems good, the age at death is a little young, does she lose all her lives at once?
Appearance: stormy grey and black long hair with whites paws, underbelly, ears and tail tip, she has an icy white gaze that seems to light up the shadows or night
Seems good but white eyes? I liked how you tried to be creative with the eyes but cats normally don't have pure white eyes
Gender: She-cat
Okay
Personality: Stormfrost is a little cranky and loves to be alone, short tempered, she would prefer to be left alone than in a group. A great hunter, her best friend is Ivyfeather.
Seems good, nothing contradicts each other.
Strengths: she is great at hiding and camouflage, when alone she loves to run and travel through the forest at lightning speed. She works harder and harder everyday to get faster. Great hearing. In battle she fights like a tiger and roars like a lion.
Be careful with your exaggerations, a cat can't roar or run at lightning speed, she may think she can but she can't
Weaknesses: She often has a vision of her past, when her mother died in battle with MistClan. Has a deep scratch across her back that reminds her of dogs. After her mother died her father left her.
So is she emotionally unstable from her mother's death and her father leaving? Or does she have a problem letting go of the past? I can only assume these things.
Flaws: Adderkit normally calls her Stormy. Cats are frightened of her, which she likes.
I don't think that's a flaw... You could add that she's harsh, maybe?
It works better if other cats are afraid of her.
Clan: StormClan
Normally a cat doesn't have the same name as the Clan unless the found it, with except of canon character Windflight

Backstory: Stormstar normally got called Stormy by Adderkit now he is Adderstripe, he still calls her that even though she is leader. Her mother died in the battle of MistClan by Flaresong after that she got abandoned by her own father Frostclaw, her deputy found her by the StormClan border, he took her in as her own, when she was a warrior Featherstar made her deputy.
That's it? I think its under developed. She probably was too young when she was appointed deputy too. Though I love the name Flaresong.
Death: Although she is alive now she live be murdered by an unknown cat. She will be known as Stormstar that led the clan through the darkest days and nights.
What age did she become leader at? How long did she lead the Clan? I feel like she would be inexperienced due to her young age.
Other: On the way to receive her nine lives she stumbled on a FrostClan patrol as she crossed through the territory. Her Med. Cat was Brokenfoot, she stumbled off the rocks of her den one day.
Okay. Frostclaw and FrostClan, please be careful about that
Overall: She needs to be work done, and is probably to young in her position. 45 moons=senior warrior 70 moons= elder and 100 moons= longest a cat lived.
She probably is better in a book then on this form.
