Third Person's Perspective:

Percy ran diagonally through the thick line of trees dotting the edge of the lake by his cabin, climbing up the ladder propped on its edge, he saw what he was looking for at the far end of camp, the opposing team's flag. He ran towards the other end without any difficulty. Just as he was about reach his destination a thought took over his mind.
I'm playing against the children of Athena, this seems way too easy.
No sooner had the thought left his mind that he saw a shadow out of the corner of his right eye. With riptide held high and his shield protecting him, Percy inched his way forward towards the shadow. The closer he got the more silent the surroundings became, until with a loud thud he fell on his back.
"Not so fast Seaweed Brain" smirked Annabeth.
"Really Wise Girl, we are 26 when will you stop judo flipping me?" Percy asked with a small smile on his face.
Annabeth laughed in response and bent down to help Percy get up, but as she held her hand out to him, he gripped her hand and pulled her down to him so that she lay on his chest.
"Now, give me a kiss to make me feel better." Percy said while puckering his lips. A little giggle escaped Annabeth's lips she tilted her head and placed a small kiss on Percy's lips.
"Better now?"
"Mhmm. Never felt more alive."
Annabeth settles herself beside Percy and they both stare at the sky while holding hands.
"We should get married right here at this spot, or in the infirmary, I'm not picky" whispered Percy while toying with the ring on Annabeth's finger.
"The infirmary, why on earth would get married at the infirmary Percy?" Asked Annabeth while suppressing her laughter.
"Well that's where we first met and I thought it would be cute!" Said Percy while laying on his side so he could face Annabeth.
"Gods you still look like a princess, I love you." Said Percy while moving his hand to brush hair out Annabeth's face.
Annabeth blushed and hid her face in Percy's chest, though her words were muffled by Percy's shirt, he was sure she said something along the lines of him drooling in his sleep.
Right where I want her.
As quickly as he could Percy wrapped the thin twine around Annabeth's wrist and the tree and got up.
"Seaweed Brain get back here right now!" Huffed Annabeth.
"Not so much of a seaweed brain anymore huh? Wise Girl?" Questioned Percy while walking towards the flag that would assure his victory.
Just as Percy was about to lift up the play that would signal the end of the game, he spotted something at the foot of the pole.
He bent down to pick it up and saw that it was a small box about the size of his palm.
Curiosity did kill the cat, but I mean so many gods have tried to kill me but I'm still here.
With that thought in his mind, Percy opened the box and saw a picture of a small picture that was black, grey and white. Confused he turned it around and it said,
"Mom would still be the wiser one, congratulations on winning dad!"
Little did he know Annabeth had orchestrated the whole thing just so she could share the special new with her fiancée.
Still confused Percy looked around, to find Annabeth standing behind him with her hands free.
"You really are Seaweed Brain, aren't you?" Annabeth smiled.
"Huh?"
"Percy we are having a baby!" As Annabeth said this, all rationale thought left Percy's brain as he ran towards Annabeth and lifted her up.
Their celebration was cut short as he heard the siren go off signaling that the other team had won. But Percy couldn't care less, all he could think about was the fact that he was going to be a father.
As he set Annabeth back on her feet, she whispered against his chest, "I'm sorry you lost".
He looked at her with all the love he could muster and whispered, "Doesn't feel like it though, cause you've given me the greatest joy I could've asked for."
