Part 17 - Runaway Part 2

Ashton's POV

This was bad. Real bad. This is gonna ruin the whole plan Calum had for his girl.

Originally, Calum had planned to surprise Bailey with her favourite gift pack which was chips, vinyls, and whole bunch of stuff and a date to this fancy restaurant; Lè Blùe (AN // yall, im not French so idk if thisus even a proper word in any language so yea ) , I believe or something something. I had Bailey at the back of the SUV where it was safer and more protected while I took the wheel.

In all honesty, I was panicking. Bad. I know I've been in the game for the past 7 years but I would never get used to all these chases and hunts. I was more of a laid back person who'd rather have not led his life this way.

While speeding through the secret route, I rang up Calum.

" Ay Cal; we have a code red situation - "

" Shit , is she on her period ?"

" No you dumbass. Other code red."

" EVEN WORSE! How'd they get onto us so quickly? "

"I'm not too sure mate but I think we should drive on over to the lads house. I'm sure they'll understand. "

" Alright , I'll give them a ring just focus on keeping my baby safe. "

" Gee , thanks for watching out for both of us. "

" Alright alright , get there safely. Both of you. "

" Bye. "

He then hung up. I look over at the back to see Bailey hugging her knees to her chest and rocking back and forth slowly . She seemed to be muttering to herself over and over but looked like she was on the verge of tears . Shit , I really hope she doesnt cry cause it'll make me feel guilty for no reason .

Bailey's POV

Welp . I'm panicking . Really bad . I haven't had a panic like this since the incident . I'm trying best not to show that I am but I'm pretty sure Ash noticed rocking back and forth . Heck , I'm sure my eyes are turning bloodshot like they usually do .

Its just all too quick . What's happening right now ? Who are we running from ? Where are we going to go now ? What do the people chasing us want ? Millions of questions just kept popping up in my head and it was no where helping my state .

I tried thinking about Calum to help soothe me and thankfully it worked . I kept thinking of all the happy things like the cute date he planned or how treated me like such a princess , no guy ever had did for me .

I started thinking of his gorgeous features as well ;  his chiselled jawline which I'm pretty sure could cut a bitch any day , his beautiful tattoos which I've been meaning to ask him the stories behind because tattoos always interested me, his cute dimples whenever he smiled at me , his toned body which definitely is a WOW yet he can be so nice to cuddle with , and his soft lips which just felt like heaven whenever we kissed and i always wanted more . I could go on and on about the things i loved about him .

With the beautiful thought of Calum , I slowly drifted to sleep but the sudden realisation hit me like a ton of bricks .
