Riele's POV

I wake up to the sound of my phone going off.

"Who is calling me this early in the morning?" I groaned grabbing my phone and answering it without looking at the caller ID.

"Hello" I said.

"RIELE!" Jace's familiar voice screamed through the phone.

"Jace what the actual hell! It's too damn early in the morning!" I said. I sat up in my bed and stretched out.

"Sorry Ri, but today you said you would help me get Isabela's birthday present" Jace said.

"Why do you always wait till the last minute to buy your girl birthday presents?" I asked him.

"Because I just do" He said. I smiled at his response and leaned against the headboard of my bed. "Anyways I'll be at your house to pick you up in a hour. Isabela's party starts at seven" Jace said.

"Kk, Bye" I said.

"Bye" He replied.

I checked my texts and saw that I had one from my boyfriend Caleb.

Caleb💓: Hey princess, how'd you sleep.

Me: good, wbu?

Caleb💓: good, I'll see you at Isabela's tonight right?

Me: yep🙌🏾

Caleb: K, love you baby

Me: love you babe😘

Caleb and I have been dating for about two years now. We started dating in eighth grade and now we are sophomores.

I got out of bed and headed to my bathroom. I took a shower and changed into some nike leggings with a tank top and a jacket. I slipped on my adidas and put my hair into a bun on top of my head.

I put on some makeup and grabbed my purse and phone. I walked downstairs and saw my mom sipping coffee while Reiya was eating cereal.

"Good morning" I said.

"Morning" Reiya said. I grabbed some orange juice and drank it all down.

"What do you have planned for tonight?" My mom asked me.

"I'm going with Jace to get a birthday present for Isabela since it's her birthday today and then I have her party" I explained.

"Okay well your father and I are going out tonight" She said.

"I'm sleeping over at a friends" Reiya said.

"And I'm sleeping over at Isabela's" I replied.

My phone buzzed and I read a text from Jace saying he's here.

"Well Jace is here, so I'll see you guys" I said walking out the door. I walked to the passengers side of Jace's car and got in and he smiled at me.

"Hey Ri" He said.

"Hey Jace" I said.

Jace pulled out of my driveway and pulled out onto the road.

"What do you think you are gonna get her?" I asked him.

"Would she like it if I got her something from Victoria Secret?" Jace asked him. I looked over at him and busted out laughing.

"You just want to get her something from there so you can see her in it later tonight" I replied.

"Agree to disagree" Jace smirked.

"No, agree to agree" I replied.

"...shut up" Jace mumbled under his breath. I laughed as we arrived at the mall. We got out of the car and walked into the big mall.
