I like to think that Jim hates the fact that Sebastian smokes in general, so when he sees him smoking in the backyard on a nice, warm summer afternoon, he goes outside and sprays the cig out his hand and continues to spray him with the hose as Sebastian runs away cursing at him. Then he finally catches Sebastian when he trips on something and Jim just sits on his stomach and sprays his face and yells, "I TOLD YOU TO NOT SMOKE ANYMORE YOU FREAKING IMBECILE. DID YOU NOT THINK I WOULDN'T SEE YOU."
