Once Jim found razor blades in Sebastian's duffle bag, but Sebastian always said that they're for torturing people for answers. But since Jim knows him better than anyone he puts little notes where Sebastian could find them.
He doesn't hide the razors from Seb though, however after all, he has some of his own and he knows that using them is sometimes the only viable way of coping with what's currently going on.
