It's been two weeks since I learned I was going to be stuck in this place for the rest of my life. I haven't even been able to step foot outside of the quarantine.
I haven't spoken to anyone ever since then. Not even to Ava. Whenever those animals- no, whenever those MONSTERS would ask me questions, I didn't say a word. Ava even tried to get me to tell her what I was so upset about, but to no avail. I hadn't seen her in a few days, actually. I was beginning to get worried.
A lynx entered the room to continue questioning me. When he opened the door, I heard someone crying in the distance. Ava! Before the lynx could shut the door, I bolted out so fast, it'd put the Flash to shame.
A/N: Play the music.
"Come back!" called the lynx. Soon, he halls were flashing red, indicating an emergency, which I could only assume would be me breaching the quarantine. I made a mad dash through the halls, in search of the source of the crying. It wasn't long before a horde of scientists, all armed with batons, shields, and pistols, started rushing in my direction in an attempt to suppress me. I had to turn back and flee, but I came across a storage room and quickly entered. I shut the door behind me before anyone could see me.
'Since I'm here,' I thought, 'I may as well look for something that might help me get to whoever is crying.' I began to search through boxes, finding nothing but old junk.
I saw something shine in the corner of my eye. There sat a box with some sort of chain sticking out of it. When I pulled it out, my eyes widened in disbelief.
It was my Kingdom Key replica! I completely forgot I had that! I was going to bring it to the high school for our play! This thing was made from actual steel, making it mighty powerful in an actual fight. This was perfect! (Model in picture)
I grabbed the keyblade, made sure the coast was clear, and made a run for the crying once more. But it wasn't long before more scientists blocked my path.
"Michi o hazureru! (Get out of my way!)" I yelled in Japanese. "Watashi wa anata o tsukuru mae ni! (Before I make you!)" I learned Japanese last year, because my favorite game was originally Japanese.
It was clear that they didn't understand me. I didn't care, though. "Last warning!" I shouted. "Move it, before I move you myself!"
They all charged at me, but I was stronger. Just because I'm chubby doesn't mean I'm weak. Hell, I used to bench press for six hours a day, even though that didn't help me lose weight.
I started swinging the keyblade, knocking away, every obstacle. In seconds, I had gotten through the horde. Just around the corner was the door to another quarantine. Inside there must have been the one who was crying. I opened the door, and there was Ava, sitting in a corner, crying.
