"Nakumi Narase." I looked back to see Gakushuu standing there with a pissed-off expression written all over his face, what's his problem?

'Geez, Just by looking at him, I'm getting pissed.'

Though that Gakushuu and I made up back in my house, I'm still mad at him for treating Class E trash, it's so unprofessional and he shouldn't be the one leading the abuse. He's the School's leader for Peke's sake!

I raised an eyebrow and crossed my arms, looking at him, "What do you want?" I asked harshly.

"Tense down for crying out loud." Gakushuu scoffed and cleared his throat, "I wanted to ask if you already have the manuscript of the GPOA for this year."

I thought to myself, did I already make it? "I think it's in the office, why?"

"Hisako said that she needs to edit it, print and we need to pass it." He instructed, "I hope that it doesn't get rejected though."

"I'm sure that it won't be." I said and took a few steps forward him, placing a hand on his shoulder and patting it, "Think positive."

Gakushuu smirked and raised an eyebrow at me, "I thought you hated me?"

I immediately removed my hand and crossed my arms, "I still do, do you want me to stop acting nice to you?"

He chuckled, "Of course not. It's hard to work with you when you're mean."

I raised an eyebrow at him, "When did I become mean to you?"

"Do you want me to name all the events that you were mean to me?" He asked, raising an eyebrow and taking a step forward to me.

"No need." I sighed and took a step back but Gakushuu held my arm, "Hey, let go."

"Hear me out first." He voiced out, he cleared his throat and looked deeply into my eyes, "Thank you for deciding to stay, the Student Council will not be the same without you." I was already confused about why he suddenly changed he was acting different but he did something unexpected that completely caught me off guard, the prideful Gakushuu Asano hugged me.

'Wait, what?'

"I'm grateful that you decided to stay." He voiced out.

"H-Hey, wait--" I tried to push him off, "You're acting nice to me, it's weird! And Gakushuu, distance, distance--"

Someone suddenly yanked my arm, making me break off Gakushuu's embrace.

'What the hell is happening?!'

I looked up to see who yanked me off to safety only to see Karma with his furrowed brows, glaring daggers at Gakushuu.

"What do you think you're doing?" Karma spat, his eyes were full of anger, his other hand was clenched into a fist.

"That will not be your business, Akabane." Gakushuu glared back at Karma.

"It is my business." He spat again and his grip on my arm tightened, "She's known me for a long time and it's my job to protect her."

'Hey, that hurt.'

"What do you mean that you've known her for a long time? You both just met when you were still in A-Class." Gakushuu's words were like knives. Every word was hitting Karma directly. "And it's me who needs to protect her because the only threat here, is you. It's dangerous that she's with you inside that classroom."
