When people ask what my favorite childhood memory is
I'm lost for words
I don't have many good ones
Only moving
Fighting
Death
Fear
Nightmares
Abandonment
But how do I explain that
To someone that hasn't experienced it for themselves?
How do forget it
When people keep asking about it?
