Made To Be Perfect

Chapter Four

I woke up feeling gloomy. Ewan ko ba kung bakit pero parang may mangyayaring masama ngayong araw.

I wore a black hoodie, black leggings and white sneakers for today.

Muntik na kaming ma-late pero buti at ako na ang nagdrive, mabilis kasi akong magpatakbo ng sasakyan kumpara kay Ash eh.

Pagtapak na pagtapak ko sa school grounds, bigla akong nanghina tapos para bang may mainit sa tyan ko na sobrang sakit.

Inalalayan ako ni Ash na maglakad.

"Olivia, ayos ka la bang? Do you want to go to the clinic?" tanong ni Ash na may halong pag-aalala ang boses.

"Yup, I'm okay. Medyo masama lang pakiramdam ko but I can manage." sabi ko and managed a small reassuring smile.

"Sige, pero pag di mo na talaga kaya sabihan mo ako ah." sabi niya.

Matapos ang klase ay break time na.

"Ash, CR lang ako sandali ah." sabi ko kay Ash.

"Sige, hintayin kita dito ah." sabi niya.

Habang naglalakad ako papuntang CR nararandaman ko na parang nasusuka ako kaya tumakbo na ako.

Pagkatapos kong sumuka ay naghugas at naghilamos ako. Bumalik na ako ng classroom.

"O, you're looking pale." sabi ni Ash.

"Don't worry, I'll go to the clinic mamayang lunch break." I said and reassured him that I was fine even if my stomach is painfully clenching.

I didn't pay attention in my classes because of the pain in my stomach keeps getting worse by the second. When the bell rangsignifying that it was time for lunch break, I immediately stood up and asked Ash to come with me to the clinic.

"A-Ash, punta na tayong clinic. Sobrang sakit na talaga." I said with a pained expression.

Ash abruptly stood up, concern etched on his face. Without a word, he led me to the clinic carefully. He opened the door and a smiling face of a mid 40's man welcomed us, but his expression turned into concern when he saw my state.

"What happened to her?" the doctor calmly asked Ash.

"She said that her stomach hurts badly and kanina pa yang umaga." Ash said, his shoulders were tense.

"Okay, lay her down in the bed." the doctor instructed to which Ash complied.

My vision was starting to get blurry and my mind was not awfully aware of my surroundings. I slowly succumb into darkness.

"Ash, why did you let this happen!? I told you to take care of your sister tapos malalaman nalang namin na nandito siya sa clinic at walang malay!" a voice of a woman woke me up and I realized it was Mom.

"Sorry, Ma." Ash said, his head hung low.

Mom brushed past him as she saw me awake.

"Olivia are you okay? Mom asked, worry evident on her face.

"Yes, Mom. I'm feeling better now. Sorry for making you worry," I said.

"Okay lang, basta sabihin mo agad sa amin kapag may masakit kang nararandaman. Don't make us worry like that again." sabi ni Mom.

"Kuya, sorry." sabi ko.

"It's okay, just rest for now." Ash said shrugging.

"Where's Dad, Mom?

"He's working, he can't make it here but he told me na babawi siya." Mom said, making her voice a little cheerful.

"Ah, okay." I said, it saddens me but naiintindihan ko naman si Dad.

I was recovering from the pain but there are just times na bigla itong nakirot pero hindi ko na sinabi kay Mom kasi kaya ko pa naman.

Ash kept asking me if I'm okay and I noticed that he is 'extra' caring towards me.

 I don't want to feel small and weak pero bakit ngayon lang ako nagkasakit? Kahit noong bata pa ako, never akong nagkasakit. Kahit ubo, sipon o lagnat man lang. Wala.

Is it normal?

Anyway, Clark rushed home after hearing my condition and decided to go to our university but Mom didn't allow him since it may grow suspicions. When I got home, he stayed by my side with Ash at sila ang naging nurse ko. Ang cute nga nila eh, they were manly pero pagdating sa akin, they easily got worried.

I'm so glad to have these two boys with me.

I remember that on the day I woke up in the clinic, before Mom was scolding Ash, they were in the corner talking in hushed voices to each other. Mukhang maiiyak na no'n si Mama at si Kuya naman ay hindi mapakali. They didn't tell me kung ano ang pinag-uusapan nila pero I have this feeling na tungkol sa akin yun. I just let it go because I can't force them to tell me what it is.

Maybe soon they will tell it or I will find out.
